Tucked away in the middle of the Carlsbad Business Park is this wonderful little lunchtime oasis. When you first wander past the lush koi ponds outside Campus Café, you may not take note of the little deli with an unassuming storefront and not highly decorated interior. I implore you venture inside and trust me when I say you'll be welcomed like family. The family that runs Campus Café is so upbeat and friendly. They will remember your name from the very first time you walk in. The service you will receive is beyond compare.

The food is delicious! It is obvious that the owners really take pride in their food. Their daily specials are always a mixture of fun twists on regular sandwiches or family secret recipes that are beyond scrumptious.

Amazing gem tucked away in a business park. Love that this mom & pop shop serves a variety of super fresh food from daily specials like chicken curry over rice, korean bulgogi (flank steak) barbequed to perfection; spicy pork; udon noodles; california rolls and much much more. They have traditional deli foods as well including the biggest and freshest sandwiches on a variety of breads including squaw, rye, wheat, and white. The friends I have brought here have become regulars and many search Yelp just to find this place. I love their home made salads (chinese chicken is my favorite) and their soups are generous & plentiful - Italian wedding soup, clam chowder, minestrone, and many more choices. They are busy at lunch time so go early or be prepared for a line! ...

I was hoping to find a hidden gem in the business parks of Carlsbad but sadly, I did not. I went with someone and we both left a significant part of our sandwiches behind. Not sure what the sandwiches are missing but they are just very bland. I got the veggie sandwich and I felt like I kept biting a block of cheese.
