SEPHORA — Local services in Carlsbad

I've been shopping at this location for months, and today one of your sales girls literally insulted me for asking if you carry Tata harper and other clean beauty gift sets that got sold out, I was told you didn't sell Tata harper at this location and that buying organic or clean beauty is a waste of money, what difference does it make whether you buy something expensive or loaded with chemicals for a different price? Her opinion wasn't helpful it was really rude and uneducated, aren't the sales associates meant to help people and try new products? It sounds like she's absolutely disgusted by the clean at sephora products, unfortunately I'm allergic to conventional beauty, so I have no other option then to use the clean beauty products you carry like gxve or glow recipe, this really upset me that the store associates push people around for having a difference in product selection, she was so pushy about me buying other products that i walked directly out of the store, no one else has treated me this way, the store manager last I went in was super sweet and helpful, I ended up buying more things then I orginally went in for.

This girl needs to keep nasty comments to herself before she offends more customers, and you lose business, I just hate to see sephora get a bad reputation for rude sales associates and lack of products to choose from. The only people she was nice to where these 2 little girls, that where in front of me before i left the store do to her rudeness, man I wanted to go off or find a manager that day, I'm not a child, I'm a grown adult! Have some respect for your customers, these kids got better...

VICTORIA IS AWESOME !!! Victoria at the Carlsbad location is my go to advisor on everything Sephora. I loved the modern shape she gave my eyebrows and the final full face look was on point! I’m 52, had neglected myself for years and was out of touch with much needed beauty advice. (I scheduled an eyebrow wax and beauty lesson.) Victoria was very knowledgeable and professional and I liked that she was honest with me about the do’s and don’ts according to my skin type, age, trends, etc. She really listened to me, answered all of my questions and together we created a beauty regimen. I have oily skin with uneven tones and I also wanted all natural “green”, cruelty-free products. She picked out products that worked for my skin and lifestyle. I have used the products for a few weeks now and I’m so happy with the results. Makeup is easy to apply and my face stays feeling clean all day instead of an oily mess. I really liked that Victoria’s work personality was quiet and reserved. She made me feel at ease and I enjoyed all the attention focused on me. I really enjoy going to Sephora and love their products. I went in the store today to get a few things. Besides someone greeting me, not even one of their employees asked me if I needed any help. I was looking for two specific items but could not find it. The employees would walk right past me not even acknowledging if I’m finding everything ok or if I need any assistance. Very poor customer service, they just looked like they didn’t want to work except talk to eachother. Most Sephora’s that I’ve been to have always given exceptional customer service except this location.
