Store Manager: Viviana Viviana, the store manager, leads her team with remarkable expertise and grace. Her extensive knowledge about the products and her genuine passion for customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. Viviana took the time to understand my preferences and guided me through the selection process with patience and keen attention to detail. Her professionalism and friendliness set the tone for an outstanding shopping experience.
Assistant Manager: Guillermo Guillermo, the assistant manager, was equally impressive. His enthusiasm for the jewelry pieces and his ability to offer insightful suggestions made my decision-making process so much easier. Guillermo's approachable demeanor and his willingness to go the extra mile ensured that I felt comfortable and well-informed about my choices. His assistance was invaluable, and I truly appreciated his expertise.

Read moreI’m writing this review with disappointment after our experience with the Carlsbad Zales location. My fiancé and I brought my Vera Wang engagement ring in for its first inspection, cleaning, and resizing in February 2025 — all required steps to maintain the warranty.
We assumed everything had been properly taken care of, but months later during a follow-up visit to another Zales, we were shocked to learn that the Carlsbad store had never registered the ring or performed the required cleaning — they only resized it. As a result, my ring was out of compliance with the warranty, and to make things worse, we noticed the signature sapphire from inside the band was missing after that visit.
This has caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. We live over 40 minutes away from any Zales, so every trip matters. It’s incredibly frustrating to realize that what should have been a routine visit ended up compromising the integrity of something so important and sentimental.
Thankfully, a wonderful associate at a different Zales location is now helping us fix the situation, but this should have never happened in the first place. I hope the Carlsbad location takes this as a reminder of how important it is to follow through on warranty procedures and to treat customers’ pieces with the care and attention...
Read moreWas awesome watching my wife open her diamond earrings for Christmas! Until she says their two different earrings! Huh??? I call they told me they'll order some and would be a week. Then call me right back saying we have 1 more pair come exchange them. My daughter loved hers but were a lil heavy being she's 5. So Xmas eve morning had to go back to exchange both pairs. My daughter comes with me. We walk in and right away couldn't get a word in with the lady. All I wanted to ask her is how do those two diamonds match then you go to box them up and I end up coming home with a Christmas present that they aren't the same. She wouldn't let me talk and then got irritated when I said I wanted to exchange my daughter's earrings because they were heavy for her. So she said yeah yeah we'll exchange them okay and when it was all said and done I had to right diamond earrings finally and she told me I owed her $109 for the exchanging earrings for my daughter. Just kind of confused and how they can't get it right I come back and they try to upsell me on other earrings that were not even half the size of the first ones I got my daughter. at least we found out before the actual Christmas morning and I didn't have to watch my wife opened up the wrong...
