CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in Carmel

I'm beyond happy with my experience with CPR. Sam the manager went above and beyond to make sure I could get my note 9 and note 20 ultra screen repaired at the same time. Also helped me figure out how to get assurant to file a claim for just the screen not a whole new device. After dropping my phones off being a mother of 3 I decided we'd go to the children's museum while waiting for our phones to be repaired. I thought I was going to the place I dropped my phones off at and GPS took me to the closest cpr store not the one I dropped my devices off at. The employee Avery was amazing and called me to make sure I was coming to get my devices I explained to him how I got lost and he helped me figure out how to get back to their store and even stayed open after 6pm (just a few minutes thankfully) until I got there so I didn't drive all the way back to kokomo without my phones. Both devices are in the best condition possibly for me having mine for 2 years looks brand new again and my husband completely destroyed his screen and screen protector the screen was even flashing green and would barely stay on. We had that phone since the note 9 releasee. The note 9 now looks like it was almost brand new. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. The employees of this store are great people! I'm giving this store a one star for two reasons. One, they didn't have the screen protector that was bought and under warranty through them. What's the point of buying screen protectors that have a warranty if they don't keep the product in stock. The producer of the product had it online, Amazon had it, Best Buy had it, but they didn't? Two, the gentleman in the store told me to go to Best Buy, and they would replace the product because the warranty was through the manufacturer. That was totally false and waisted my time running in circles going to Best Buy. They only replace screen protectors purchased through them. Then when I tried to call the store to let the gentleman know what had happened and that he was incorrect, no one answered. Called 3 times and he couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Very unimpressed with this company. Sure, they repair phones, but screw you on the retail side. Not even going to touch the quality of this horrible screen protector and the outrageous price I paid in comparison to other sellers. That was put in a review at another...

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and ran into an issue with My SIM port and took it this shop to see if they could repair the issue. I hand them my phone with a screen protector on and everything seemed fine at first. When I return to retrieve my phone, I immediately notice that my screen protector was cracked and damaged fairly bad. I take the screen protector off and my screen is damaged severely. After checking the rest of the device, I notice that My biometric scanner, the sound, and the camera features are all malfunctioning. So I take it back and try to see why my phone was in such rough condition, and the man who worked in it admitted that he was in a rush and that's why the applications were not functioning. He takes my phone and fixed the camera and the biometrics, but denied any damage to the screen. (Bought the phone 2 days before taking it to shop) they didn't offer a refund. Didn't offer to replace the screen or anything. These people lost my business, and I hope they lose...
