Family Leisure Carmel — Local services in Carmel

My first time stepping into a Family Leisure and will definitely be my last. After checking online to see hours open today before driving to the store, the website said closes at 7:00 pm. Walked in about 5 mins to 5 and was greeted with a “we close at 5”. I said I checked the website and nothing mentioned about closing at 5:00 pm for Memorial Day. There were about 10 people standing around and the one who talked to me had a backpack on with one foot out the door. I understand that it’s a Holiday, but instead of a “yah, corporate missed our website and a “didn’t you see a sign on the door when you walked in” while walking me out the door instead of a “sorry, we would love for you to come back and we could show you around would have been nice. I jokingly said “i guess you guys don’t want to make any money and was replied back with a “I’ve been here since 9 am” from the guy with the backpack on. It just didn’t sit right with me. I work in sales myself and have been for over 15 years and would never treat a customer like that. I didn’t expect them to stay open any longer, but the way we were treated wasn’t a place I’ll be giving my money to or ever sitting...

Walked in and 7 sales reps setting in a circle. Not one got up to help us, and we never been there before. I was looking for a product for my pool and had to find myself. Then looked at hot tubs, but if you don't want to get up to help....I guess you lost a sale. And yes it was at carmel because we went there by mistake we usually go to Mt comfort. And yes differently more then 2...
