This place is a health hazard and the entire staff needs to be retrained. I went to go see sinner tonight I arrived at 11:05pm. When I first got there I sat down and order chicken tenders, fry’s and a strawberry lemonade with my waiter. About 5 minutes passed and I realized that I was in the wrong seat so I waved down the waiter and explained the mix up. The waiter explained that she would update it in their system to make sure I got my food and there was no mix up. I waited from 11:10 till about 1130 waiting for my food when I looked down I seen that the previous seat I was sitting at a couple ordered the same meal that I order and was picking over the food but I didn’t think anything of it. Until about 11:45 after sitting and realizing that everyone had their food but me. I then notice the couple telling the waitress they didn’t order that meal. Do yall know that this waiter had the nerve to pick up the drink and food that (that was picked over) and had been sitting with complete strangers for about 10-15 minutes and brought the food and drink to me like nothing ever happened and expected me to eat and drink it. With so many illness going on and Covid why on earth would she think that is ok? Clearly she’s been doing it for a while and makes me wonder about the entire staff. I complained and asked to speak with a manager. The manager claim they were going to take care of it and bring me freshly made food. However when she came back with the food it was COLD! And I believe it was the same food because there’s know way something is freshly made and brought out to me with in 5 min and it’s not HOT! I’m extremely upset in regard to this on top of that I was still charged for the meal even though I didn’t even eat it. I’ll never visit this place again it put a horrible taste In my mouth and it’s a violation of food safety. Keep in mind i understand that mistakes happen in regard to delivering the wrong food. I’m not upset with that I’m upset that she redelivered the food to me that had been pick over and sat for 15 mins with complete strangers. Thats not a mistake thats pure laziness and a health hazard!…………Fast forward the manager reached out to me about my experience I won’t get into full details about how this situation was handled but I am pleased that the manager took the proper steps to resolve this issue and to regain my trust. I choose to give flix another chance. Which I’m glad I did. Great customer service and cozy environment. Thanks again to the manager that stepped up and went above and beyond. If I could leave this place zero stars I would. Overall, this experience was a joke. Run the other way and go to a typical theater where the seats actually decline and are comfortable. Honestly the seats I can get over it was the rest of the experience that was absolutely terrible to make me never go back.

Arrived at the theater 5 minutes before letting people start heading into the theater. No big deal we waited the 5 minutes, however after another ten minutes passed there was no communication of what was going on. Not that it matters but there was no such line or informing people . We ended up being one of the first sections to get our orders placed. We didn't order anything crazy two kids meals, loaded fries and some drinks. And popcorn. The fries weren't bad, and my husband got his drink right away. However 45 minutes later and pushing the call button 3 times and asking 3 different employees just from my drink and my kids drinks was a nightmare. My kids drinks finally came, mind you we still hadn't gotten our popcorn or the kids meals. Finally got cold popcorn and guess what, no drink for me. An hour had passed I finally had to get up and leave the theater to go get myself a drink.No joke once I got my drink about ten minutes later we got everything else with about 45 minutes left of the movie. Of course we never got checked in by the servers again. No one even gave us straws. The food was terrible! The service was terrible. Not to mention the theater was dirty and sticky.

I was so disappointed and couldn't wait for this nightmare to be over. I was annoyed thirsty and hungry. We ended up stopping to get food after because everyone was hungry and barley had enough time to eat before the servers came and collected food and cups Never again! Edit: it's been about a year since my last review and it's now back up to a 5 stars! They've changed their food around and it's delicious again.

I used to give this place a 5 star rating but the menu change is very off putting to me (I plan to go again another time to see if maybe I just had a bad day).

I used to get a strawberry shake every time I've been there and they were great but this time it was pretty repulsive. You could just taste the artificial strawberry syrup and the color wasn't right at all. I tried to eat some of it with my spoon and parts of it were slimey (could be syrup that wasn't mixed in right)? My husband said the same of his chocolate shake. I don't know if they used fresh ingredients and switched or what but it was very unfortunate. I only ate the brownie bits in mine and ended up just having them take it away because it just tasted terrible (the image is how much was left when I had them take it).

I'm also sad that the Supreme pizza isn't on the menu anymore. My husband was sad about the mushroom meat pizza being gone as well. The pizza we did order was okay though but the crust seems different (which it might just be that I was used to something before and need to adjust).

That said the onion rings were really good and fried fresh so that's something! And their Ace's pineapple cider on tap is always a fave of mine.

Movie/theater itself is good as always. But the reason a lot of people went was for the food which is no longer the same or even, dare I say, as good quality as it used to be.
