Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Carmel

Took my fiancée here. Terrible people as far as morals and integrity. My fiancée ordered 3 scoops in a cup, of two different flavors. She asked for the single scoop of a different flavor to be put in a separate cup, so it wouldn't mix with the other flavor. Doing that cost us to be charged for two separate transactions instead of one 3 scoop charge. Yeah, its only about a 2 dollar difference, but when I asked them to change it to the 3 scoop charge and the manager flatly refuses because one scoop is in a different cup, i think there's some serious integrity issues here. Oh, and the ice cream is pretty consistently...

I called before hand to see if they had the new dairy free ice creams and they said yes. When I drove over an hour to get there they said they didn't have them and I mist Jane called another store. They were clueless when it came to asking why they would tell me that on the phone . So then I asked when they would get them in and she looked like a deer in the head lights. Even tho it was advertised behind her that they now had new dairy free icecream...but she seemed to know nothing about where she worked or thier products. Absolutely worst Baskin Robin's I've ever been to. It's icecream for goodness sake not...

Actually came here late night because husband was having cravings for some dessert and this was the only place that was open late. Store was a little bit tucked away in the corner of a complex but actually had all the good flavors available.

They even had sugar-free options which I was grateful for. Got one of those sugar-free items(No Sugar Added Caramel Turtle Truffle) and one of the regular ice creams (Old Fashioned Butter Pecan) and both were really delicious. Sweet and creamy and smooth and had a nice crunch because of the...
