Visited 3/28 around 11am... I along with other customers waited in line while 2 cashier's attempted to help 1 customer. I waited 10 minutes before politely asking the cashier to ask for another cashier to help all the people waiting. Mind you this cashier saw the line and did nothing. This cashier glared at me, never acknowledging me. I returned to the line and 2 other people who saw the cashier decided to leave. 5 minutes later a guy walks up, the manager on duty... he stated that he would help in a few more minutes. I stated that I was already waiting 15 minutes by this time. He was disrespectful, using a condescending tone and said "no you haven't, I told you to give me a few more minutes." Then he went to help someone that just pulled up curbside. I put the items down and left... on the way out the door I shared with the manager that his actions were not acceptable. He said "sorry you feel that way"...BTW not an apology, not that an apology mattered at this point because I do not intend to return. Another customer left with me. I returned home and ordered the items from Amazon. Over people like this, I will spend my money elsewhere...but I want those people to know...that their attitudes impacts their employment...4 people left today because of their poor behavior... 2 of the 4 people do not plan to return. these attitudes will eventually cost you your jobs...You reap...
Read moreI have visited here almost every Monday or Tuesday. Often a great escape for my sister and I. The food is amazing and the staff are usually great! However... Today I came in by myself and the cashiers did not greet me at all (usually they do, seems like a store policy). Once I checked out, both acted like they did not even want to be there. At one point my chip failed, its happened before with their machines, and a simple fix. She made it seem like it was MY fault and I told her "you might have to start it over" that way I could tap my card instead.
Later that day I came back with my sister. Again, food is always amazing. Both attendants were still there and did not greet us. Still seemed like they hated being there. This time I had the other attendant check me out. My chip failed...once again. I told this attendant the same thing I told the other. This one seemed pissed at ME for something I had no control over. She waited for me to fix something I had no control over. My card works just fine, I used it for gas before coming in and I have PLENTY of money in my bank account to pay for 3 items. They were both just unprofessional and attained poor work ethic.
I probably will not be coming back for awhile, as I felt unwelcomed. Love this place dearly but both of those staff members made it hard. Maybe I'll bump up the stars when I come...
Read moreI had purchased a beautiful $200 rug from this store. After it being down for less than a month, it started unraveling (it’s the Jaipur embroidered rug). I had also spilled pancake batter on it one morning and when I wiped it up with a wet washcloth, the print came off. A $200 rug should not be this poor of quality.
After leaving a review about the poor craftsmanship of the rug, customer service reached out and I sent more images and they laid out my options- one of which was to exchange the damaged rug in store (which, great- I was just going to place the newer one in a lower traffic area so that it would hopefully hold up). I called earlier in the day to confirm availability of the rug, explained the situation and the customer service email.
I then drove 30 minutes to the store, reassured by customer service and the phone call earlier. I then spoke with the store manager Tim. Tim tells me that the rug should not have stains, or unraveling (obviously) and that he will not accept it, and that he does not abide by world market customer service, or know why they do what they do.
The lack of communication on their end ended up being a massive waste of time and money on mine. A company telling me to do something, and then acting like I’m stupid when I do it is infuriating . This is...
