I would give it less than one start if i could!!! The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless! It was my first time going to the salon since it near my house and i add some good reviews. I came in, it wasn’t busy morning. Nobody greeted me, I was standing until a lady who was working on someone’s hands yelled across the room covered by loud th sound “What do you want?” When i called before to book. I was placed in the care of a man who didn’t bother to present himself and just asked me to sit downbeat without offerings me a drink or water. I asked gel nails to be done since I’ve done my research and know gel is better for nails. He didn’t listen and proceed to do tips and no dip powder on my hands. While doing my hands he was very rough, and pressed several times on my fingerboard scrape which he decided needed some nail glue on it!!!! He told me “that’s what they do in hospitals”. No sir in hospital they don’t put nail glue on open wounds! At this point I tough the fella was deranged. He proceeded with his sloppy job. And in the meantime he start taking personal calls and checking his mails. Also another man came speaking Chinese showing him what resembled a bill. So he was with me but not really and was more preoccupied to look at his bill paper. I was shocked and felt almost that I bother him. After he was done shaping my sloppy nails. He asked me to choose a color, I asked him if we can “try this one” he proceeded to not try but paint all my nails the same color. Then he asked me to move to another seat and put my hand in a UV light? While o wasn’t finished and waiting for my nails to dry he already took another’s client and started to do her nails?! At this point. I thought it was a joke! Then the lamp was off and I waiting For him to say something or comeback back to me. Until I had to ask him if I was done? He said you’re done! I looked at my nails and it was horrible! My cutixlea wasn’t cut, my nails looked bloated and uneven. The nails polish didn’t go to all the way to the nail bed. I had a hair imbedded in one of my nails another nail wasn’t smeared. And had powder residues all over my fingers and some acrylic jamming Into my skin because by he didn’t bother to file properly. This was my FiRST and last time going there! It’s totally unnaceptable! I’m so disappointed because i was looking forward to it. And hoping to have great nails for the...
Read moreI had a HORRIBLE experience here. I walked in and told them I wanted gel fake nails. I showed them a picture I found on Pinterest just to reiterate what I wanted. I sat down and the girl went to work on my nails. I hadn't had my nails done since high school so didn't really know what to expect.. I glanced down every once in awhile as she was trimming and cleaning my nails but was watching the tv above her head most of the time. Next thing I know, she's painting white tips on my actual nails. I felt extremely awkward, but because I was paying for the service, I wanted it how I requested, plus I was getting my nails done for a special occasion. I very sincerely asked her if she was not going to put fake nails on. She immediately looked over at the guy working next to her (I think he's the manager - he handles all calls and greets people when they come in) and started speaking furiously in their language. He stared at me point blankly and said "seriously? You wanted a manicure. She's doing a manicure." I explained that I said I wanted fake gel nails and had even provided a picture. He asked if I was expecting her to redo it. I told him if it was a big deal, I could leave and go somewhere else. Which I would have willingly done because at that point my face was bright red and I had tears in my eyes. The two had made such a scene and so literally everyone was staring right at me. He said no angrily and walked away. A lady came to the front and said she would do them. She gave me a good manicure but then when she went to print off my receipt asked the manager if she should charge me extra for the work I made the first girl do like it was my fault. Really? I understand that a lot of times customers are in fact wrong and then try to blame whatever on the business or company - however in this instance, I had a very special occasion that I will remember for the rest of my life that I wanted to get my nails done for. I read reviews on nail places, found Polish, and was so excited to get my nails done for the first time in forever. I told them and showed them exactly what I wanted and instead of being excited, I was humiliated and...
Read moreI was very disappointed with my experience here . This was my first visit with Polish Nail Salon, and it most definitely will be my last. My mother & I arrived to this nail salon, and were not greeted by a single person. 2 minutes into us looking at polish colors we were asked, "What you need?" As I began my nail service with a gentleman nail technician I was quickly apprehensive. He began by roughly removing my previous nail polish, and drilling my nails. He never introduced himself or asked me any questions regarding my nails. As he thinly applied the acrylic, the residue of my previous nail color remained . As he began filing my nails, I asked if he would cut my nails down a bit which was the biggest mistake. My coffin nail shape instantly changed into a little misshapen disaster. Finally, when it came time for the painting it was clear he was less than pleased to be servicing me. The application of my polish was very uneven & splotchy. I began to dry my nails, feeling thoroughly disappointed. To drive 20 mins + to a nail salon that you hear great things about, and end up with a shotty careless job. The most dissapointing part of the entire experience was when I approached the nail technician with my concerns & he acted as if I was wrong for wanting my nails to look their best. The entire time he was "fixing" my nails he showed nothing but disdain for the situation. Overall this was the worst nail salon I've been to. I will absolutely not be reccominding this "Nail Salon" to...
