Poor experience last Sunday afternoon. Decided to place an order for my daughter based on a promo picture on the glass.. drink was nothing like the picture... drink was explained as vanilla blueberry lemonade... Great!! And what we got was a blueberry milk like frozen drink... after the first sip we were like what in heaven is this... whent over and asked for a replacement and the manager came in with a poor customer service attitude... "we told you what it was" understood.. apparently the picture draw me a different idea of what you described... after some frustrating back and forth I was given a drink for half of the cost of what I paid... I felt robbed. All I asked was for a similar cost item but was 50dicounted one the price I have already paid for. This is a poor practice considering that you give FREE samples all day Long... but those who area paying customers can not leave walking...
