From the first time I called, I felt so welcomed in here. I was able to get a same day appointment and get all my hair chopped off! I went from a shoulder length style to a pixie. Pax was my stylist and he did an AMAZING job. He was just as excited as I was when I showed him what I wanted. He even talked to me about maintenence and daily routines. He was very personable, and so was everyone else in the salon. The referral system is cool too, and I'll definitely be referring my friends here.

Adding on: I just had my second cut here and was still able to get a same day appointment! (I guess I'm just really impulsive when I want to get a haircut) my pixie was grown out to the awkward stage. Crystal was my stylist this time and she did a great cut! I have a cute bob and feel and look fabulous. This place isn't cheap, but not overly expensive. But, I can't express enough, you get what you pay for!! The beehive is definitely my place from now on. :) sticking...

I've been going to the Beehive since 2004. They are more than a styling studio -- they are like extended family. They are home in Carrboro, and the kind of business that makes you feel good for supporting local. Tonya, my stylist since about 2006, is always willing to tell me the truth about what works for me, which I greatly value. She's guided me through several different cuts, and all have been good for me....

Nicole did an amazing job on my blowout! I really appreciated that she took her time on my hair and gave hair care suggestions. I had quite a lot of tangles when I came in, and she did a great job brushing them all out without any pain. She was also very friendly and kind, easy to talk to. First experience with this salon and leaving very happy with outcome! Definitely...
