Carrboro Town Commons — Attraction in Carrboro

Fantastic local space for community events such as the farmer's market, concerts and festivals. You could probably get married out there! When I was a kid in the 1973-1975's, me, my mom, and dad all played softball on different teams on the baseball field. Carrboro also used to put on a yearly carnival in this space. I have visited the Carrboro Town Commons for lots of the regular programming - Farmer's Market, Really Really Free Market (just stay after the Farmer's Market ends), Carrboro Day, Fourth of July, etc. Always a good time. I appreciate that they leave the electrical outlets live and unlocked. I also appreciate that against the Carrboro Town Hall, there are lots of compost collection bins which are usable at any hour.
