Flower Cart — Local services in Carrollton

The customer service I received was very disappointing. I used them for my wedding and have for small arrangements since. I came in today looking for a Cali Lilly arrangement for a funeral of a family member and the blonde lady at the front was very dismissive . She informed me that trucks had already ran and with it being a holiday weekend she couldn't get any. I explained it was for a funeral on Saturday and asked if she could recommend another florist or any way for me to accomplish the arrangement and she said no, try a grocery store.

I went across town to Anderson Florist and the ladies there took the time to call several of their vendors to see who could deliver Cali Lilies this week and were able to help me. I broke down in the store because I was so thankful someone took the time to help me.

We ordered an arrangement from The Flower Cart in Carrollton for close friends who had just lost their dog unexpectedly—something meant to bring comfort during a heartbreaking time. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered on Sunday. Not only did they not arrive that day, but they weren’t delivered until days later, completely missing the moment they were meant for.

To make matters worse, the arrangement looked nothing like the photo we chose online. It was a far cry from what we paid for. When we reached out to address the issue, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no real interest in resolving the problem.

We had a last minute (sorry!) prom need for a bouquet and boutonniere and due to our location, TFC was our third call (no one else would consider helping us). We not only received the help we needed, but the bouquet was GORGEOUS. We needed something to go with navy (not easy), and were given a beautiful white bouquet with amazing navy accents, I was beyond happy and so was my son’s date. We will absolutely drive a little further for The Flower Cart, they will never again be the third call. I was so grateful for not only the help, but the talent we received.
