Horrible service! Do not eat at this establishment! They are rude! They have horrible food! Even the other customers noticed the bad service I received! They need to go! Had a child with me I had to find the high chair myself. When the server/owner finally took my order he was rude and rushed me to take my order. I ordered spirit and gyoza. One of the sprites tasted like sprite the other tasted like club soda it was out. I informed the server /owner he said there was nothing wrong. I guess he tasted it then came back and said I tasted it let me get you another sprite. The gyoza came out they were over cooked hard like a rock he took the gyoza back. Then I ordered sushi the sushi didn’t taste fresh so I said sir sorry to keep complaining but the sushi tastes bad. He then asked me to leave because I kept complaining about the food and drinks. I was never rude to the server/owner he had a problem with me soon as my child and I walked through the door. Maybe he was having a bad day! I called to complain to the manager. He answered and said he was the owner. Then proceeded to over talk me on the phone and said I had a problem and I was mad. I barely could get a word in after I asked him repeatedly multiple time can I talk. All the other white people in the establishment were serviced quickly and with no issues. My girlfriend & I love to go here. This Japanese style food is to us the best in town. We have tried Osaka and it just doesn’t compare. The only downfall on this company is they do not have enough staff so on busy nights there will be a long long wait. The owners came by our table and asked if we had ordered and when we said no he then said did you get menus and we said no. He immediately got us some and found our waitress. They have one excellent waiter but the last time I was there 2/7/2020 it was packed & their new waitress was who we had in our section. She told my girlfriend she had been hiding in the restroom because of how busy it was. She was very unprofessional & had no real care for her tables. If it were our first time in we probably would never go back but we know it was an off night for them. Unfortunately some people at our table were new and were disappointed. Although the food was good it wasn’t as good as it normally would have been. My rice was cold by the time I received my filet mignon. It was a disappointment. Personally if it is ever that busy again we will not be attending since we spent 3 hours there that evening. Absolutely terrible. Just spent $103 on sushi and a hibachi meal and it was the most underseasoned, sloppy and disgusting meal I've ever had. Hot things were cold, cold things were hot, the raw fish was questionable, everything seemed old. I ordered 5 different rolls all of which fell apart, had a mushy texture, and tasted the same despite having different ingredients. The hibachi meal was supposed to be medium rare steak, instead it was hacked up chunks of unseasoned well done meat. The vegetables weren't even edible, raw and bland. We threw half of it away because it was so bad and not even worth eating. So disappointing and frustrating that I paid a premium price for a meal that was no better than gas station food.
