So I ordered one of their vegetarian dishes- CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME- and was VERY disappointed. I'm not even sure what the name of it was because it was a promo item off of my Taco Bell app but the picture of what it's supposed to be and what ended up in my hand was two completely different things. The dish does have crunch in the name for some reason- I suppose that the flat corn meal disc inside the overly bready burrito wrap was supposed to be crunchy but it wasn't. I had ordered my item for the drive-thru and then ate it after I had gotten home. By that time the fillings had soaked through the soggy corn tortilla disc. I had opened it to put some of the sauce packets on top of the filling and was very disappointed at the amount of beans that were between the disc and the bottom of the tortilla wrap. The picture online showed at least twice as much bean filling as what ended up on this dish. After assessing the ratio of filling to wrap, I ended up peeling off all of the burrito wrap that extended past the edge of the corn tortilla disc and then folded what remained in half to make a taco. This was a free promo item but I believe the normal sale price on it comes out to be somewhere close to $5. I would have been totally bent out of shape if I'd paid that much for what I received. On a side note it was quite apparent that this had been thrown together by someone who is not nearly as OCD is I am. Read moreWe go at least once every couple of weeks and get the Cantonino saladWe get four of them. They cost $8 and some change. Well today we went and got our four salads and four tacos like we usually do. The salads come loaded with chicken lettuce black beans tomato sour cream. And a little bit of other stuff. Im always kind. I thank the workers every where we go. Well we got our food at the window. I pulled to the side to check everything. This was so sad. In each bowl we got maybe a half of a teaspoon of chicken beans and rice. And I kid u not. A drop as big as your pinky nail of sour cream 1 tomato slice. Look at the pic. I went in and the manager said is your order wrong? I said no ma'am. And I dont mean to complain. But look at these salads. We come here a lot and we love the salads. But theres nothing hardly in the bowl for almost 9.00 I mean a drop of sour cream? I promise you ma'am Im not trying to be rude. And we respect all service workers. She said ok what do you want? I said sour cream maybe? And what ever you think? She took the bowls and squirt a ton of sour cream on them and put the tops on and said here you go. I was like wow. I said Thank you have a blessed day. But ppl really almost 9.00 for this. Shame on them. We work hard for our money. And things are so expensive. Atleast give us what we pay for. Im not rude. Read moreOne of the managers interrupted our lunch to inform us that we needed to cover our child as he was breastfeeding. At the time there were no customers. We inquired if there had been a complaint to which she said no it was company policy. As we tried to engage them the manager and later another employee who did not identify themselves became agitated, sexualizing the act of breastfeeding. The manager elevated the rhetoric to the point that when customers did enter they we able to hear the conversation, and to their credit defend us. As the conversation continued escalating we did curse once, which while inappropriate was not directed at the manager but an expression of frustration. When I attempted to call the general manager the phone was answered with silence with enough time to hear the conversation going on before she terminated the call. After being forced to leave for feeding our child I am only left with the knowledge it is Taco Bell's policy to publicly shame mothers.
