I visited the restaurant on 1/11/17 and ordered a half portion of the hibachi steak. I was at the drive through and the person taking my order forgot to ask how I wanted my steak cooked. When I got to the window, I asked that she check and make sure my steak was cooked well done. She stated that the cook had already sent my food up and was going to "be mad" if she sent it back but assured me that he normally over cooks things so my steak should be fine. I wasn't OK with that answer but to prevent an issue, I just said OK and took my food. When I got back to work with my food, I bit into a piece of steak and it was so rare on the inside that there was blood running out of it. I called and asked to speak to a manager and and was told I was speaking to a manager. I explained what happened and requested my money back or a credit for my next visit because I was unable to eat the food that they served me. I was assured that my name would be written down and I would receive my food at no cost on my next visit. Today, I called to order it in advance so that it would be ready to pick up and told the person I was speaking to about what had happened. She stated that my name wasn't written down and there was nothing she could do. She said if I had my receipt she could give it to the owner and see what she said but she had a line of customers and couldn't talk to me about it any further. I showed up and went inside only to be told that the owner wasn't going to honor what I was told would be done. This is absolutely terrible customer and I am extremely dissatisfied. I know that it probably doesn't mean much to them to lose a frequent customer but this is just no way to run a business. They need better communication between their employees and to honor the things they say they will honor. I left without the food I was promised and no refund of my money. The owner wouldnt even come out to speak with me. So unfortunately, I will no longer be visiting this establishment because this experience was just absolutely unacceptable. Hope you never have an issue with the food or service because it will more than likely end this way for people in the future. Good luck to a business that doesn't value...
Read moreThe food here was so great until one day last year, I found a roach bare in my food. Dead, just rolled around and tossed in yum yum and teryaki sauce. Had no business being in there. Haven't been able to go back since. But had that roach not been in there having a feast of its own, I'd still be enjoying this place happily as I was before. They quickly gave me a refund and the cashiers were nice, but this roach in my food been weighing heavy on my mind for the last year.
Edit: Telling me you haven't used the black styrofoam boxes in the last three years means nothing, because this picture is from 2022 and I just still felt so mad about this 5 months ago that I still felt it deserved...

The plate was delicious, and it had a lot of seasoning. The steak was tender and the chicken wasn't that meaty but it complimented a very amazing taste. The atmosphere at this location is not that bad. The employee, Jakob was quick to notice and I picked up my food from there.
