I was in line looking at the menu. One of the employees, the colorful haired woman, is really nice every time. She asked me if I was ready to order and I told her I needed a minute to look over the menu and to take the guy behind me. Her coworker came from the back and immediately took another customer, who was also behind me, over my party and I. She didn’t ask her coworker “who is next,” acknowledge my presence nor made eye contact. She has very poor customer service skills.
I only come here for the one lady who takes her time and fixes my sandwiches/wraps right. I wish I knew her name, because she is very polite and always seems to be in a good mood. I will not be returning for awhile, due to her coworker, because I felt disrespected. I work in customer service as well. I know it gets frustrating, but bringing low energy into work only affects your reputation...

Unlike other Carrollton locations, this location is always clean (including powder rooms) and the staff are very polite and attentive. We usually visit during the evening and it's never crowded. This location is in whats considered the "older" section of Carrollton, which people tend to bypass in the evening hours for the more jam-packed Hwy 27 area. If you're looking for a less crowded, clean location I highly recommend...
Read moreThe subway on Bankhead hywy in Carrolltin ga..is a franchise..they are very stingy with something as simple as lettuce & tomatoes..asked for mayo got none..oil and vinegar got none..My advice..Go elsewhere in the city..Whoever owns this Franchise must be dead broke and unable to afford the makings for a good sub..just close down if you can't afford the sub makings!...
