KFC — Restaurant in Carrollton

Usually hits the spot, and of the chicken chains, KFC is the best one (bone in chicken). One of my favorite places to get a meal, and a longtime classic in my family.

This location has a very rude cashier mentioned in below reviews as of recent, and encountered her on my last visit. She did not listen to my order correctly, and had a very nasty attitude. You could definitely tell she DID NOT need to be working with people!

I also order from here time to time on Doordash, and it is inconsistent on those grounds though sometimes it hits the spot, but misses more than hits. I now know why after visiting today. The manager's always been a nice guy, and keeps it going, but please hire some employees that actually "care", and have a good personality and work ethic. Went with my family there to have a small reunion for Labor Day, and that cashier ruined the entire vibe.

KFC, please read your reviews on the Carrollton location and help the manager get some help in there before it gets worse! If not for a love and the connection, I'd not go back after today, and tell others to do the same, but instead, get it together and get some good help in there to help your restaurant's manager before I, and more have a "change of heart", and drop KFC...

Waited 17 minutes to get our food. Some of the chicken was old/burnt. Chicken wasn't fresh. Looked as if I received what was leftover from a previous dinner on my chicken because they were tiny! I asked for a large mash potato. I was given a normal container of it. They said they would hand us our food after wedges got done. After 15 minutes I walked inside to get our food that just got finished. Wedges were fresh but our chicken was cold and our chicken littles were cold. Ordered at 7:20. Got out at 7:37. As of 4/22/17 we almost were handed the wrong order again and once I handed the food to my friend, it busy and gravy landed on her and in my carpet of the car and she is severely burned because of it. They need better crew members and equipment for gravy. I called and asked for manager and all he said was ok and he did it repetitively. Didn't care. I hear a lawsuit if burns worsen!

Stopped buy this evening. My wife wanted a chicken pot pie. She said her pot pie was great. I decided to get the #12 meal. This meal is a two piece and popcorn chicken with potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, and a drink, this cost $8.49!!! I had heard how great the Smokey Mountain BBQ sauce was so I decided to try it. This is where things started to go south. The already high priced meal, I was informed it would cost 50¢ more per piece and they would not put it on the popcorn chicken. So to try the new sauce I agreed to the price. So the price was now $9. 49 plus tax. I got home no breast!!! I had an overcooked thigh and also a leg that was almost burnt!!!!!!! I would have to say I would not pay 25¢ for that sauce for just one price or a whole bucket!!!!!!! Sorry Reba, what I had was just not good. It will be a very long time before I go back to the store in Carrollton, GA. The reason I said store is because it doesn't even deserve to be call a...
