Poor communication with this business since this Past Saturday. Prices arent reasonable they are hundreds of dollars over retail price. One of the current items the Xbox series X which I understand if they are hard to get or limited in supply to go up some on the retail price but 2 1/2 times over retail price is ridiculous. Watching how they operate first hand Saturday on how they don't explain to the customer how there financing option really works. Especially for the first time buyers that believe they are getting a good deal are going to be very surprised how much they really going to be paying in the end. Future customers please read the contract before signing and taking possession of anything from this store.
In reply to the owner, that is incorrect the financing company has there set rate and isn't the issue or problem. The store or owner who is selling the merchandise is the one that sets the actual price that will be submitted to the financing company. I've used and purchased products from big name stores like Best Buy using the same financing company and never was over priced like this store has tried to do to me 1200$ for a product that is retailed at 499$. I expect it from everyday private sellers but not from an actual business.
11/20/20 Reply to owner apparently you don't even take the time to read your own reviews correctly. I am completely aware of how much the iphone 12 Pro Max are going for. In my review my example was talking about the Xbox Series X not the iPhone I gave up on the iPhone because apparently you hold onto phones for other customers and isn't based on the first come first serve business practice. I appreciate you trying to defend your business but please get your information correct before replying to mine or anyones reviews...
Read moreThey “required” me to give them my phone passcode to change the battery. I felt uneasy about it but went through with the battery replacement since I was staying to wait for it. Them a different rep takes it in the back, where I can’t see him, to replace it.
At one point he comes back out to ask for the passcode again, I’m assuming because the phone locked. Why? Was he going through my phone apps, photos, or trying to look at my personal information? We’ll never know.
I setup monitoring for all my accounts just in case. They also wanted me to pay using my debit card (PIN number only). This is where I drew the line. You want my phone passcode when Apple’s website clearly states no one needs access to your data to remove a battery…now you want me to enter my debit card pin too?!!! No!!
I asked to give me the old battery back then. That’s when marginally they can use a credit card.
Don’t go here! These Indian guys are selling your data overseas somewhere.
Apple is replacing my phone immediately. And I’m changing my password...
Read moreGiving credit where it’s due!! Here’s the story. I was searching on OfferUp for a replacement phone. I came across a really good deal that they posted. I live in South Fort Worth so Carrollton is quite the drive for me. I contemplated driving so far but guys it was TOTALLY WORTH IT . The phone was in perfect condition but it’s not even about the phone, it’s about the experience. These guys Enio and Usiff are FAIR and HONEST. Most cellular repair stores are deceiving. They will charge you an arm and leg for an older phone or to repair your phone but not these guys . They are FAIR . They even gave me a quote on my damaged iPhone 13 to fix and the price is so reasonable compared to the other quotes. I just purchased my phone but now I am getting my 13 fixed the end of the month and will keep my new phone as a backup. I will gladly drive 40 mins and pass up all of the other repair shops just for this service I’ve received. Thank you guys again and thank you Enio for all of your help. You guys are...
