I ordered a sandwich through Uber, when I got the sandwich it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life look like they poured a whole bottle of their vinaigrette whatever what it was awful there were things on it that I didn't order I ordered no toasted I did not order undercooked bacon or bacon at all I didn't order jalapeno peppers I was so mad! The bread was soggy this lettuce I didn't order lettuce or anything it just looked like mush Soggy Sandwich. I had just had a back procedure on Monday that's why I had to Uber I got out of my bed and drove myself over to the dingy dirty shop and I shouldn't have been driving. I get inside the two girls don't speak a word of English at all try to ignore me I speak a little Spanish I told him what I wanted that this wasn't what I ordered none of this stuff they just tried to ignore me like I was going to go away I kept asking for corporate number the boss's number whatever she trying to tell me she's the manager she can't even tell me that in English how the hell are you running a shop in Texas off of Trinity Mills and Marsh and you can't speak the English? I will never ever go there again finally she puts her phone on translate so she talks to it in English said oh we understand you didn't like your bread girl you did not understand a damn thing I said okay finally after half an hour standing up I got the manager's number. I will never ever ever go there don't go there is dingy is dirty they don't have a full line of Subway's products how you going to run a sub shop and you don't have swiss cheese the tomatoes I had to tell them these tomatoes are old you need to change them they have been out for two or three days or they just keep putting them in the refrigerator nasty do not go to that...

no speaks a lick of english! I ordered on 3/24 monday evening a pick up on just 1 veggie italian herbs and cheese sandwich. I get there and they substituted spinach for the lettuce. No big deal .. however my son won’t eat uncooked spinach, so I had them remake it. While remaking it the 2 nonenglish speaking workers were putting whatever they wanted on my new sandwich! no italian herbs and cheese, peperjack instead of provolone and bananas pepers instead of pickles! Mind you again this sandwich is for a 5/7 year old to share! so nothing spicy, i asked for it to remade and the girl said No italian herbs and cheese, no lettuce, no pickles, only peperjack cheese… I said yeah this is not my order at this point, refund me. they didn’t even understand that, so I got google translator out they said they couldn’t refund me. So i said okay make my sandwich the correct way, or refund me… again they did nothing but make a 3rd sandwich incorrect so that point i asked for my receipt to just call and get the refund the next day, they refused and then the man working pulled hundreds out of his wallet and gave me $7 out of a 7.57 order from his pocket not even the register and refused to give me a Receipt ! based on the reviews the last few weeks this is common. I ordered online as the restaurant rarely accepts cards in store and say its cash only. I ordered a spicy Italian and the bread was so hard it was inedible. I removed the ingredients from the bread and ate plain, the wrong sauce was used and there was 4 slices of meat for a footlong sub. I ordered cookies, the Raspberry cheesecake and they gave me oatmeal that were also so hard they were inedible. I understand being out of something but at least let me know and I can substitute it or if the cookies are old I'd change to chips. The establishment was also locked when I came to pick up my order I knocked on the door as I already paid and 2 workers saw me and kept talking while sitting at the table. Finally after 5 minutes someone came and unlocked the door. A gentleman followed me in as he wanted to order and the man that had gloves on and was using his phone made this man's order with the same gloves he was wearing to play on his phone. Neither of us were greeted. This was horrible I paid 12$ to eat a handful of veggies covered in the wrong sauce.
