Unbelievably upset, shocked and disappointed, I’m not going to write this review while I’m sad and upset. I’m still in shock that this happened especially with them. I brought a silver chain old looking chain from there in March and never wore bc it wasn’t all that great for $80, I mainly bought it to help them out a little bc they were great people and it’s not about the money anyways. Well, I put it up in my Husbands bathroom cabinet till this day, I miss placed the recipe so I called to see if and what my options were. Older male said come on in and we will figure it out. Ok great be there in 20 mins. This was now my 4th visit, I thought they might recognize me at least somewhat by now, they had no idea who I was, so they acted. I hand the box to middle old guy, he checks it out while the older guy is questioning me about what exact week day and time it was(no recipe, missed placed) where was the necklace in the store the day I bought it and of course the old lady is the one who wrote the recipe, she wasn’t there and I asked when she would be in and middle old guy was like one day a week you tell me when she works! What? WTH? They questioned and treated me like a BIG LIAR, TOLD ME THAT WAS NOT THEIR NECKLACE AND WHERE I POINTED IT WAS AT WHEN I BOUGHT WAS WRONG, ITS BEEN WORN, looks dirty, that’s not our box and on and on like I was lying from the moment I walked in that unorganized hole. They had me in tears with the way they came at me and downgraded me, I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH 100% AND THEY DISRESPECTED ME LIKE I WAS GARBAGE, HE ALSO TOLD ME HE NEVER FIXED MY NECKLACE, OMG REALLY? I told them, with tears just coming, you two should be a damn shamed of yourself me for treating any human being in such a ignorant and immature way as you have me! I have not lied about the first thing I have said, I’m sorry if I couldn’t remember what exact day and time it was, you so rudely wouldn’t tell me the one day old lady works bc it was that day of the week BC SHE SOLD IT TO ME and the day right before that THE OLD MAN SHOWED ME THE SAME NECKLACE, HE DIDN’T REMEMBER THAT AT ALL OF COURSE! THEY TREATED ME AS IF I WAS LYING TO JUST GET MONEY FROM THEM, I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED THAT TWO OLD MEN COULD EVEN DOWNGRADE A WOMAN LIKE THEY DID TO ME! I walked out in tears and feeling so violated and sick to my stomach. I started looking thru my glove box and all thinking I maybe put it down in there bc I knew I didn’t throw it away just couldn’t figure out where it, Then God took over bc in the bottom was the recipe for necklace!!!!! That place is just ugly inside and out! I took my self back in there, told them here is the recipe from the liar trying to get a dollar, NOW TELL ME THAT ISN’T YOUR RECIPE YOU DISRESPECTFUL POOR EXCUSE For “Old Men”, he absolutely hated it that I was right and said well I don’t know any jewelry store that takes returns back almost 2 months after purchase, I told him I wouldn’t return if I could to this old smelly disrespectful fake sorry excuse of a unorganized stinky hole in the wall, I said this is my 4 th visit here and thankfully my last! I just couldn’t believe it at all, the way they questioned me and attacked me and belittled my intelligence as a young woman like I was irrelevant, it was distasteful. I even talked my Husband out of going to them in regards to why they treated his wife like garbage and why they felt they could in the first place, he was very upset that older men such as them should never think to speak to any woman how they won’t! I couldn’t let him or I get on their level, they are just unbelievable, I never could have imagined them doing this and still shocked but more just disgusted with them. I hope the old lady doesn’t get treated like that behind closed doors bc it’s somewhere going on to be so easy to treat a being in such a tasteless ugly disrespectful manner EVEN AFTER THE RECIPE WAS 100% accurately THEIRS! After dealing with a nightmare with Atlanta West Jewelry and being treated poorly there, my fiancé and I walked across the street and brought our engagement ring to get resized here and it was the easiest, most comfortable process from start to finish. The owner and his wife are extremely kind and knowledgeable on everything they work on/sell. AND to top it all off, the price was $35!
