Had THE WORST experience with this company. The older blonde woman was very disrespectful and did not want to answer any questions that I had. Each time I called to check on the resizing of the engagement ring I gave my fiancé, I was given the runaround and told a different date. Oh, and they were trying to rip us off and charge me $250 for a ring resizing to go down 2 sizes. We went across the street to Willis Jewelry and they had our ring resized in 3 days for $35…I would NEVER recommend this place. That by itself was extremely shady to me.
