My buddy bought me a pair of boots from this store, but he bought me the wrong size, I called ahead to ask if I could just exchange my size 12 boots to a size 13. I told them my buddy couldn't find the receipt or the gift receipt they printed out for him just in case something like this would happen. The store clerks were understanding of the situation and told me if I hadn't used them, then I could bring them in to exchange it for a bigger size, which I did. I appreciate businesses like these because they know their product and the brand sells itself. Some stores would not have you jumping through several hoops of fire or have you bring your buddy to the store so that he can slide all 15 of his credit and debit cards on the checkout machine to see which one he had used to make the purchase, when he used cash. Only this time the store did not have my size but I was able to buy and have them delivered to my home which is great. A week went by and no boots, checked email and there wasnāt a tracking number.
