Sizzler — Restaurant in Carson

This has been the worst sizzler Ive ever been to , worst customer service by the waiter... so we waited about 15 min before they even served our drinks, usually the waiter will come get the receipt check what u order and bring your drinks with the bread... I completely understand if its busy and you are attending other tables but this wasnt the case... the 3-4 waiters that were there only 1 was actually doing his job the other 3 females were just gossiping -- one of them kept looking our way and didnt bother to come and ask if we needed assistance, she knew we had just arrived and didnt attend us... they had to go sing happy birthday to a table nearby once she was done singing after about 20 min at this point she came to our table and said will be with your shortly ... really ..socializing was more important than actually doing your job .. she didnt even come to ask if we needed any refills as we had ordered some lemonade.. but as soon as we were leaving shew as quick to come to the table to see if any tip was left .. YOU DIDNT DESERVE...

The first time that I ate at a sizzler was about 45 years ago. There was one up the street from where we went to church and as we were somewhat poor family we only got the privilege of sizzler once every couple of months. Loved it great food great service just a good atmosphere the whole nine yards. Then about 15 years ago I ate at a sizzler down by USC college. And I was disgusted the food was not good it was not properly prepared it just wasn't good. So I stopped going to sizzler up until a couple of days ago when I decided to go to sizzler again when I discovered this one over here on Avalon in the city of Carson. I got the steak and all you can eat shrimp well the shrimp was horrible it was melee and tiny and they had so much breading on them that's all you could taste. I went to the salad bar the items in the salad bar were not good my service was not good I'm done with sizzler done! If you like it more power to you for me no...

This was my first time in a long while visiting Sizzler, and it was a good one. First, I took my parents out to eat here, and my mom has medical problems, so there is nowhere for her to sit while we wait in line, and the worst part is you have to look at the menu on a wall and order your food and pay before getting a table.Then you have to look for a table yourself and get your drinks yourself wait a couple minutes for a waiter to notice you to know wear to bring your order to. I don't know if they were short staff, but I think there is a better way to run it. I think they are losing profit due to having to order and pay first because what if I wanted something else do we have to get back in line to look at a menu and order and pay while your party is sitting down and waiting for you come back with the ticket and wait for a waiter to come by and see the ticket to let them know you...
