UNFAIR & DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

RIP OFF!! They charged me for a full set for my daughter's nails while leaving the old nails on for plain white nails!! Who does that? Never experienced that before. They said because they asked if she wanted gel or powder, I don't care what you use, I am not a nail specialist, we asked for a fill. If you want to charge for a full set, I'm happy to pay for it but do the work of taking off the old nails and start from scratch, don't trick us and please give us the value we paid for!!! This was unfair!

The sad part is that I was referred and I had already referred people, but not after this! They and others will be made aware.

In response to your reply: That is condescending and false! I see that you do that to anyone who has anything bad to say in times where poor service is provided. Even though you claim you are saddened, every time you have received candid feedback, you respond and insult the reviewer, which proves you don't truly cherish your clients.

Please don't mislead people to think I have been helped there many times, this is only the second visit, and last. The first for a full set, the second for a FILL. That is what we asked for, please do not insult your clients by saying that leaving old nails on the nail bed and topping it with fresh power is a FULL set! Leaving the old nails is a FILL. If we had received a new full set, I would be happy to pay for it. Also, do not try to hide behind any language barrier, we clearly understood Mina. As a client who is making you aware of something that is not right, it doesn't help when you try to make it out to be my misunderstanding. Take responsibility! I want to be clear, this review is about your unfair business practices, evidence of you continuing to deceive people by saying that you saved them money by not removing the nails, after you already having overcharged them for a full set when only doing a fill. The manicurist who attended me was Milan.

From the beginning I had told her I had a cut in my thumb, to please be careful. Yet, she passed her drill over it.

Second, I like to get gel builder because my nails are really thin. Coming into my appointment I had gel builder on my nails but it was already lifting from my nail. I advised Milan of situation. All she did was remove my color and was about to apply my new color. She never addressed the problem. Painting my nails wasn’t the solution. It was going to continue to lift. I asked her to please remove the gel builder I had on and start fresh. She advised me it’s an additional charge, which I have never been charged before when I’ve had that issue. She did end up starting fresh but her body language and attitude was very rude the entire service.

Third, during my service I noticed gel builder still wasn’t applying correct. There was air bubbles and the gel builder was already lifting. I advised Milan and she didn’t resolve it. She ignored me! I also wanted square round, and she left them squared. I work with kids, I don’t like square because I can accidentally scratch them.

Lastly, when paying I advised Milan’s boss/salon owner (not sure her name, she always has the head set on the answer the phone and schedule appointments) the problem. I told her if the gel builder began to lift in the next couple of days I would come back for them to fix. The boss/salon owner advised “okay but Milan would be the one firing.” I told her no, I wouldn’t want her service again. She ignored me and walked away.

I recommended this place to my wife because her regular spot was closed this pass Monday and she needed it done before work. Big mistake on my part for telling get to go here! This place had a rude attitude when she first got there and the pedicure guy was VERY pushy trying try upsell EVERYTHING and wanted to charge $75 for a pedicure and the guy wouldn't stop arguing with her about spending more money, the front desk lady even said something to him about house attitude! But she went ahead and let them finish the jobv because the nail lady was actually good, but she will NOT be going back EVER again!!!
