Old Navy — Local services in Carson

Had to go exchange a gift for my son. Wrong size pants. Normally I wouldn't worry, but this time I had concerns because it was a gift that was shipped in the mail, (and also the whole Covid thing, ugh). Since this Old Navy is on the inside of the mall, we had to pass other stores. (Bath and Body Works had a line of shoppers extending about 5 stores long, down the middle of the mall, so happy I want going there) Once inside Old Navy, they had a designated spot just for returns and exchanges, that was nice. I explained my situation with the pants and they were very helpful. It was an easy process, only problem was they didn't have the size we needed. The sales associate was very helpful. She ordered the pants online and with free shipping. The pretty much did it all for us....

I've recently visited two different old navy stores after not going to one in almost a decade. The Carson location was clean and quiet. The music was playing, approximate and upbeat... The last store I went to it was booming thru the store and the clothing was so chaotic. I couldn't find any of 5h3 items on the sizes I needed because their stacks were not sorted and they were barely folded. This visit was a pleasant surprise since I was able to shop for 3 munchkins...

Last weekend, I went to shop here for my teenage twins and customer service was so friendly. My cashier Azia assisted me with joining the credit card program which I found super helpful considering I got a discount and I’m a frequent shopper.
