Terrible!!! Do not pawn here. I went Monday 1/13 to pay off my interest. They were unexpectedly closed. Spoke to a customer service representative expressing to him how I can not lose that chain. He said no problem I will note the account and give you a couple extra days. I didn’t show up 1/15 because of my hectic work schedule. Come to find out on 1/16 i was ready to go pay interest as I finally had time. Only to find out it’s been scraped and melted already.

Yea I shouldn’t wait until last minute completely understand. But if they weren’t “unexpectedly closed on monday” there would be no issue.

I was in contact with customer service rep the whole time he made me feel at ease and not to worry as he had “noted the account”.

First time pawning here and will definitely be my last. Lost my grandpas old chain that was handed down to me. Recommend going somewhere else that is actually willing to work with there customers.

Building long time customers over making a couple bucks on a flip is much more important....

Never knew this place was here until today when I had to get a repair for my chain! I googled it and went. I was greeted by a young gentleman who was so courteous and so nice to me! Great customer service! It was sad that they could not repair my chain but what he did do was take the time to refer me to another location nearby that would be able to assist me with my repair!
