This restaurant made my wife and I sick last night!
Of all the Brazilian BBQ experiences, this was the worst.
We had stomach pains all through the night after consuming what appeared to be bright-red, rubbery, uncooked meat. We tried not to eat the bloody areas, and only cut away the crust, and we still somehow got sick.
I have eaten plenty of rare steaks before and been fine. This time I am almost positive we got bad meat. We have eaten here many times before and have been fine in the past. Last night was a bad night for them perhaps, but with no apologies from the waitress and barely sleeping last night with stomach pains, we cannot overlook it. It is our duty as citizens of Torrance to report these matters.
If that wasn't bad enough, we waited endlessly for meats, and each time we wondered why the variety was so bad. We got more full on the sides than the meats. The sides, by the way, were also very limited. It is as if they ran out of food and acted like nothing was wrong (and charged full price).
We were used to seeing ribs, bone-in chicken, two types of sausages, and so many other different options. Not even half of the typical meats were available, and when they came, it was either bloody-raw or rock-hard and over-cooked. We had to constantly beg the server to bring back meats, and they never came. We specifically begged for just one more garlic steak piece for my wife, and never got it. It was a rip off. Honestly the best thing here yesterday was the cheese bread, which is what we mainly ate.
My wife and I regretted not asking for a discounted bill when we paid last night. For the amount we paid, we feel absolutely cheated.
Shame on you, By Brazil. You lost local, valued, repeat customers last night. We will not give your business another chance.

Read morePros and Cons: It is difficult to find parking space. For lunch, they do not serve fille mignon nor salmon, or other meats. I was told fille mignon is served in the evening. The Caucasian lady who works in the front is absolutely kind, professional, with great communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills. She is a stunning lady who has a very soothing, soft, comforting voice. The cook (Israel) is exceptionally hard working. I saw him melting 🫠 behind the grill while also serving customers. He seems to need assistance because I see him running around the entire restaurant, trying to serve everyone the meat while simultaneously being the cook. The primary drawback of the overburdened chef was that when we requested the fiery spicy meat, he prepared just two tiny pieces. We had to ask again, and despite my request for two portions each for my companion and me, he delivered fewer and smaller bits. The Hispanic female waitress did not demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills. She appeared to assume that customers were aware that she does not take orders, despite the fact that this is not the standard practice in the service industry. Her tone came across as domineering, implying that I should have known this information, even though it is not explicitly stated. Additionally, the water she brought me was dirty and had a strong flavor of Flouride, while my partner received clean water. I brought this to the attention of the Caucasian lady, who kindly provided me...

We came here during lunch time on the weekend. It was fairly empty and college football was playing on TV.
They offer a wide variety of meats and we enjoyed nearly all of them. Overall our favorites are: tritip - good quality cut, tender and lean picanha - nice fatty ring that added extra burst of flavor with each bite NY strip - beefy, lean, and juicy chicken wings - smoky and enjoyable bites bacon wrapped chicken bite pork ribs
We also took part in some of their side: cheese bread - it was ok, felt like they could have been baked tad longer fried yam - really crunchy and nice house salad - fresh and loved the cilantro dressing (tip: I used it as dipping sauce for meat) kale salad - dressing too sour for me
Some cuts were overcooked to my liking, but still very much enjoyed our meal. The staff and chef were very attentive.
They offer complimentary coffee and don't forget to get Grilled Pineapple to complete the meal.
We are definitely...
