Target — Local services in Carson

came for a drive up order, & since the drive up parking spots closest to the entrance are closed, i asked my friend to remove the cone off the other spots specifically for drive-ups. we were told by a “guest service” employee that we’re not supposed to remove it, with a tone & yelling. so we answered back with “ok! we’ll put it back & what’s your name?” “Jacob.” “ok jacob, we’ll put the cone back,” & cut the convo off. i went up in the store & asked “Iris” working the self-service line and request requested for the manager & so I patiently waited. so now I saw Jacob walking out of the employee area, followed by this other man who seemed to be busy on his device. A few minutes later, he approached me and said that he is the manager. “Ryan,” it says on his nameplate. I pointed out that Jacob told my friend “i’m not forced to serve you,” & i said we were 1.) not forcing him to serve us by telling him we’re putting the cone back & also 2.) we actually physically put the cone back. it was clearly no way he served us. but i went on to inform Ryan that if it says “guest service” on the back of your fluorescent vest, there should be some reflection of that in their actions. he heard us out but did cut us off saying they have about 20 orders. it just happened, this explains why I’m still so livid. now the pick up got even further delayed, and then it mixed up the order etc. i didn’t get the name of the employee who came with the item along with the $10 gift card, cuz that kindness is worth noting. but even still, the concept of “guest service” is missing, gift cards can only pacify people for so long. my friend is happy she got her order & the $10, but i’m not because i don’t think that action would foster any...

Wow!!! Pull my hair back. Where’s customer service?? Calling crying out for help at this point. Imagine being sick, doing drive up Mucinex & nighttime NyQuil to get some rest. I pull up to target #3 online order got back 4 digits. All the younger lady job was what your code I tell her and pass me a bag. No she decided to check me. Telling me next time I need to put the number in so she can help me. I said I did that’s how u have my code. She continue to tell me off. I did not do drive up to come inside. Eventually I had to sick and all.. not one but two managers failed me yesterday Sunday. They proceeded to say it was nothing could be there for $10 gift card.. I wanted to be insured that that did not happen to me in the future they would not give me a guarantee. Take the $10 is good enough. She got upset and called security on me., yes, security , and they were very appalled their fellow coworkers for this behavior. They viewed security video apologize greatly thanks to Andre and the rest of the team. If it wasn’t for them I feel that they was going to call Carson sheriffs department on me because I didn’t agree with the service.. due to higher management was involved, I felled the need to get out of my sickling bed and go to the store early this morning talk to the store manager .she had insured me that it wouldn’t happen to me again apologize . I came to buy a dog treat for my dog. When I arrived at their parking lot, there were so many people trying to find the parking spaces. They had plenty of parking spaces. I had no problem finding a parking spot. I went inside of Target store. It was clean. They had my favorite Starbucks inside the store. I already had my coffee so I didn't get any coffee. I went to the Pet Supplies section. It was clean and well-organized. My dog chose his favorite treat which was Chicken Jerkey. He stopped and sniffed the Chicken Jerkey. Then, I walked around the store and I got distilled white vinegar. It was a small bottle, but It was only 79 cents. I didn't know that Target had a low price when I compared it with other stores. They had a lot of sales and the price was marked down. Then, I bought lettuce & tomatoes. The prices were reasonable. After that, I paid for my groceries and came home. I liked the Target store. They offered low prices and a lot of dog supplies. The store was very clean and good customer...
