Panera Bread — Restaurant in Carson

I'm gonna give it to Jessica and the older gentleman that was cleaning how they were super kind to each and every customer. But this place has an employee named Rosie in the kitchen (she was a cook) that needs a re-evaluation check. She was wearing glasses and a maroon shirt. I asked for apples as my side for my sandwich and because of my braces I can't take a bite off an apple. I asked her politely if she'd be able to cut the apple for me and explained why and this chick grabbed the apple and rolled her eyes, put the apple slices in a cup and tossed the cup at me at the counter and said nothing when I apologized. She just kept rolling her eyes and looked very upset. This really set me aback because I kindly asked her to do it. She could have said no and not been so stupidly rude about it.

The food is always excellent however both male and female bathrooms needed to be cleaned they both had paper towels on the ground where patrons had not put them in the garbage can. I had chicken noodle soup and a chicken Caesar salad sandwich. The chicken noodle soup was more broth than noodles however the server quickly added lots of noodles and chicken once I mentioned it. The sandwiches were excellent the macaroni and cheese which my friend had looked great. My date just added a little pepper and salt for seasoning for her palate. Mall parking. Spent under $40 for two people which was great. The hot chocolate was very tasty. It would be nice if you could have refills on the hot chocolate. The staff was friendly and inviting. Good food.. Much smaller portions than before and bigger prices. But the biggest disappointment is they don't maintain the dining room. The good tables are always left sitting with dishes for extended periods of time. Only 2 dirty tables when I arrived this time , so I thought I'd try it again Aster a hat of not going. I eat slowly, but 45 minutes later there were 12 dirty tables, mostly booths. I give up. I've tried telling management, their just full of excuses. We're short staffed, someone wnt home sick etc. That's ok once in a while, but if it happens every Damn day, then staff someone extra each day and have them wipe down the crusty booths a little better if everyone manages to stumble in for...
