Every time I come to this location specifically it's always an issue, that's why I rarely come unless I have to. Had a return today that could only be taken to a ups store🙄. It was a return paid by the store I was just suppose to be dropping off. 1st I waited in line about 10 mins for 1 person in front of me whole 2 other workers stood around in the back talkingand 1 was actually at a register working. Then they told me it would be $1.99 for a couple inches of tape! Are you guys serious??? I told her I didn't even have my wallet because I thought I was just dropping off a return, she said nothing to me, looked at the person in line behind me and said "NEXT".... not a word to me. She started helping the next in line and left me standing there without a word. I started looking thru my phone for a virtual card or something I could maybe use and she then tells me"you need to move to the back counter, in the back of the store". I finally find a virtual card after having issues accessing my account and I have to get back in line and now wait another 10-15 mins. When I got back up to the counter she was short with me when I told her I had a virtual card and said "we only do tap to pay". I told her I can't use tap to pay with a virtual card on my phone. She was rude and the total was $2.13 to be exact, not $1.99..... for a couple inches of tape to close a box. Ridiculous. They charge crazy prices for every little thing here. Years ago this was a good store, guess they changed owners because now I'd rather not come. Tried to drop off a free amazon return a few weeks ago, I was told I needed to pay for "packaging" when it was already in the amazon bag that I received it in.... and of course they were out of bags, only had boxes and the cheapest option was $12 for "required packaging". I spoke with your staff who in the beginning was helpful but later turned nasty , rude disrespectful and actually hung up on me . I had to spend $301.36 to get my stuff sent to me . When she ran my car the first time she put in the wrong zip code because she in her own words “I wasn’t paying attention and got distracted “ So I had to wait for it to be reversed to pay for shipment again . I asked to speak to someone over her and she said there wasn’t anyone .s I have never been so disrespected in my life , I’m actually a business owner who is relocating to Washington and will not be using UPS every again I will be contacting corporate for further action . Read moreI recently had a package mishap that could have been a major inconvenience, but thanks to the exceptional service at the Cartersville, Georgia UPS Store, it turned into a positive experience. We were on vacation and I had a friend mail a package for us Next Day Air. They handled everything correctly at the store but the UPS corporation missed the pickup and as a matter of fact they blamed it on the weather which was perfectly clear from location to destination. The team at the Cartersville UPS Store was incredibly helpful and understanding. Radhika, Tianna, Annel and Amarion were able to resolve the issue, such as tracking down the package, offering alternative solutions, or providing excellent customer service. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. I highly recommend the Cartersville UPS Store for their outstanding service!
