Update: I don't know who's running these stores, or who is in charge of making decisions on a day-to-day. The hot food is overpriced and not that great, the cold foods not very good. The younger staff members are poorly trained. But the worst thing about it is that parking lot. I'll never go back there to buy some gas again. I got trapped for 20 minutes because people can't get out of each other's way in that parking lot where they jammed in too many pumps for the amount of space they had.. and then tried to make it a truck stop. Ridiculous. I will never go back. And their gas prices are never the deal in town if you know what I mean. The card kiosk for the checkout is set up as awkward is it any I've ever seen. Who thought that was a good idea? The few seconds of confusion every customer has that don't know where it is, adds up in a Year's time. Whoever is calling the shots is probably just driving around to different competitors, trying to copy what they like at the moment, and not even thinking about the individuality of each location.
11-24-21 3pm. The first time I tried the hot deli it was really good. Every time after has ended up with me walking away because the steam table was in terrible shape and there was nothing appetizing going on. I get to counter and they inform me that only 1 cash back transaction can be done 1 time per customer. That already dont make since I never heard that before then I say okay then they tell me I have to spend $4 to get cash back. Sorry but I'm not paying that much for cash back. Went down road to and had no problems they said they nevwr heard of that before and thanked me for now becoming a loyal customer. I needed to pull money off for my kids event they eas going to. I spent alot of money there also feeling up company vehicles, not to mention my own that I use for Amazon and would buy a lot of foods in there. Don’t have proper signage for drinks or prices or how to use the self checkout (why have a drink button option if you are supposed to scan the barcode?) and when my husband was told he underpaid and would have to pay the difference and they proceeded to charge him another $7 on top of the $5 he already paid for 4 drinks instead of only charging him the $2 difference it would really have been. And told him they would not refund him the money.
