There is not much to say about the Whee Bridge other than that it's a landmark on Route 66 in Carthage. It is really just a pretty big hump in the road over the railroad tracks. When you drive over, it makes you say "Whee!" I would recommend checking it out if you are in the area... It has been scheduled for replacement for a while now, and it's only a matter of time...

This is a historical bridge that is rumored to be replaced, with no concise date for replacement. Therefore, if you’re in the area, and want your drop your stomach, give it a good run and go for it!
