Best ever! I found the nail salon I’ll be going to! It only took me over a year to find one.

You think it would be simple to trim the cuticles, file the nails, and paint correctly but apparently it is hard.

When I went, I was the only customer. She did use a little bit of force pushing the cuticles on my toes but I think my toes are a bit more sensitive than my nails. Because it didn’t really hurt for my fingers. I rather you get it all than be gentle and not get it.

She was able to shape and file my nails correctly. Cut all the cuticles from the side of my nails so I didn’t see little pieces hanging after I leave the store.

But the icing on the cake was that I left the store and realized I messed up my fingernails and she redid them ALL! Then I went home and that night I realized I messed up couple of my toes. So I went back the next day thinking she was just going to touch it up but she again redid them ALL! Without an attitude of any kind!

She did excellent work (which is hard to find) but her customer service skills were amazing! On hindsight, I should have gotten...

You Cannot go by the Reviews above or below, really prior to this one due to Mrs. Cindy has sold the salon. Now Emily/Amy own the shop & she was Terrible! First off I told her I wanted to take off the set I had on & get a fresh set & she immediately looked like that was a problem 🤔🤔. Then she said well I can try to get them off & without warning or asking she started cutting my nails, which were mine & cut them over half down; which made me extremely mad. Then said I can't get them off nor did she want to soak them off, she said that would take too long smh. So she filed down the gel & covered it with S&S which started chipping the next day smh. The next nail tech that did my nails said that she sincerely just wanted my money & that's IT!! If you want Professional, Long Lasting nails then this isn't the place to go...

Went in for a pedi with a friend. They were running late and we ended up waiting for almost 20 mins before getting to a chair, even though we had made an appointment. My friend had Nancy as her stylist - once we sat down, Nancy immediately got started and did a very thorough job from what I could tell, even the massage. Once seated, I had to wait yet another 15 mins before my stylist, a very rude gentleman decided to show up. He then went on to rush through the whole service, finishing 10 mins before my friend’s pedi. Not only that, he was clearly unhappy to be there, wearing an unshakable scowl on his face the whole time. Paid 39 bucks for what was supposed to be an elevated experience but left very disappointed.
