I totally agree with Yvette Thompson when it comes to food at Cici's Pizza. Although the food was good, but I must say something else about another subject. I was happy when the clerk Brittany checked me in for the dine-in buffet tonight at 9:14pm, which I came in during that time. On the other hand, she was not really enthused about having me in as a customer even though she gave me a cup of water with an endless buffet I requested. I was happy with paying a total of $6.48 to get it out of the way so I could sit down and eat after Male Choir rehearsal from church. There were a few problems while I was eating my second helpings of two slices of spinach pizza and three slices of pepperoni pizza. I experienced that similar problem in regards to stacking up the chairs on the table too early before 10pm. The organization was very unprofessional. I saw a couple of employees stacking the chairs up on the table at 9:30pm like they were going to run us customers out too early. Not only their behavior made me feel uncomfortable and a little edgy, about several of the other customers had to leave because they couldn't handle being offended with the employees trying to force them out way before 10pm, which was the closing time. I'm not truly a pizza fan even if I eat at the pizza buffet every once in a while for a treat, but who on earth would dare to start closing at 9:30pm instead of waiting five minutes before the closing time to stack up the chairs on the table? We all know that this restaurant opens at 11am and closes at 10pm daily. There is nowhere on the window saying that the lobby is supposed to be closing at 9:30 or before 9:45 at night. If the restaurant says it closes at ten every night, then have the employees to wait until ten to wrap every single thing up. I understand that people have other things to do, but whoever's manager puts them up to start closing the dining lobby before 9:45pm every night is WRONG, WRONG, and WRONG, and so are their policies. Their policies don't mean JACK to anyone, especially me. I may not call their manager about this situation, but I might call the health board if it happens again. Better yet, those employees might as well lose me as one of their customers if they continue to show their rude and disrespectful like they did with us tonight at 9:30pm and think that it's okay with a phony smirk on their faces. I know that people are doing their jobs, but so what if it's their job to try rushing people out of their restaurants if they came in after 9pm just because they are hungry?? That does NOT mean that the employees think they could get away with closing the dine-in lobby around 9:30pm. What I am saying is wait until ten to let people know that the restaurant will be closed. They are not sorry yet, but they will be sorry that I cannot continue to tolerate offensive conduct. I hope they are ashamed of themselves for what they did, but I thank God for getting me out of there without me getting into any conflict with those rude employees before it was 9:51pm. After tonight with this fair, honest, and sincere review of mine, I'm going to eat another restaurant and it's none of their business where I'm eating because of their own inappropriate behavior. Now I apologize for being a little to harsh based on what I experienced tonight even though I was...
Read moreI have visited this store only twice and never again because both visits were horrible.
Second Visit:
1- I asked the guy to apply the kid's price for me because I had a weight loss surgery and he asked me to get a card for the surgery ( I did the surgery out of the USA) so I told him never mind then, I will bring it next time.
2- He kept starring at me all the visit to see how much I will eat, felt like he is counting my food. even though I paid full price. Also was talking to the kitchen lady and both of us were looking at our table.
3- He charged me for my son who is not even 2 years yet and he didn't mention to me that there is a charge that would be applied to my son. I didn't see the charge until I got home and that wasn't nice.
4- I gave him 3 receipts to apply $1 off for each person ( me, my husband and my mother) he said no it does not work like that. It is only $1 off for each transaction.
I didn't enjoy my visit, made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The way they treated people without a smile was horrible. They are all about money there.
Second Visit:
1- I had the proof of my weight loss surgery and he was huffing and puffing, asked me like 3 or 4 times, don't you have that card that everyone who did the surgery has, I told him I didn't do it in USA and showed him my ID, still he didn't charge me for kid's price, he only applied $ 2 off. That was so cheap and nasty. 2- I checked the receipt and found that he charged my son like the first visit, so I told him my son won't eat, he said I have to charge him as long as he is in here. I told him I need my money back. He opened his register and threw $ 1 on the counter very rudely. 3- Again was talking to the kitchen lady and both of them starring at our table and made u again uncomfortable. so my husband got up and threw him the $1 on the counter and told they guy " I don't need your $1" The guy took the dollar and put it back in the register. 4- When I got the receipt, it didn't have the survey website at the back of the receipt, so I asked him don't you have the survey receipt printed in the back of the paper, he said very rudely, it was a promotion and we don't...
Read moreWe went to CiCis for fathers day, All week we heard about how if 2 adults get a meal all kids eat free. my grandkids were very excited to go there and we thought why not let them pick. We also thought we were gunna get a good deal. So we got in the car and drove up which is a good 30-35 minute drive. When we got their we said, Kids eat free right? the Young Teen at the front had the stupidest response.... No, we dont do any deals we changed everything up. What is that supposed to mean? I bet a ton of parents and kids were very upset about this crazy amout of false advertisment. After all of that we said 2 kids and then she said how old is my oldest... we said 11 because thats his age and she said oh hes way to old for a kid meal.. Thats crazy in my oppinion. So we had to get 1 adult and 1 kid for my 5 year old grandaughter. Oh it gets worse. We went trough the line and the food was cold.. and i mean everything the pizza, Cinnamon rolls and pretty much everything that should have been hot. If we were'nt mad enough just wait it gets EVEN WORSE. So we sit down and i ask my 11 year old to look up the whole deal about the kids deals. he looked it up and it said they do. we thought possibly they were'nt doing the deal at this location but it said at this specific location they would do it. So when we were sitting down he called them in store just to see what they would say. they were the biggest jerks on the phone. first of all it took them 4 calls to answer and there was like nobody there. When she answered she said No in a very mean voice.. and hung up. you cant do that when you have been saying you would honnor it all week. To wrap up this bad review they say you cant take pizza out of the "restraunt" which is completly crazy with the experince we had. We will...
