Hygiene: The restaurant's hygiene practices are concerning. The server/owner does not change gloves when switching between refilling food and handling used plates. Additionally, the restaurant allows folks to reuse plates at the buffet. I noticed that some people eat near the buffet station with bare hands and refill their plates at the same time. Although eating with hands is part of our culture and we reuse plates at home, I believe it’s important to avoid the same at buffet.
Service: The service was pathetic. Many items were frequently out of stock, and the server/owner estimated a 15-minute wait to refill them. You have to ask multiple times for basic items like water, cups, plates, and food. The buffet advertised a "live dosa" station, but the dosas are made in the kitchen and take over 20 minutes to be served. Used plates were often left on the table until they were reminded.
Food: The food was disappointing. It was bland and lacked flavor. The Shahi Paneer included diced onions, which was unexpected. The noodles were bland, and Rasmalai was hot (likely microwaved from frozen). Dosa had some smell... It seems like the batter was over fermented or stale.
Overall, my experience was pathetic... a buffet with poor hygiene, service, and low quality food ....

Having gone through multiple names and managements, I hesitated to revisit this restaurant. However, intrigued by positive posts in an Indian Facebook group, I decided to give it another shot. To my delight, the experience surpassed expectations.
Despite initial skepticism, my colleague and I were impressed with the quick and efficient service. Our order, including Goat Suka Biryani and Paneer Butter Masala, arrived within 20 minutes, still hot and flavorful. The Goat Suka Biryani left my colleague declaring it the most delicious he'd ever had, while my mild Paneer Butter Masala struck the perfect balance of flavor without overwhelming hotness.
The Chicken Biryani, though on the milder side, received praise by friends, and the Masala Tea with a hint of cardamom added a delightful touch. A friend described their dish as perfect, and I wish he could share the Goat Sukka review.
Special thanks to Bhabeshwar and Gairab Khada ( sorry if I misspelled the names) for ensuring our order was promptly prepared, considering our time constraints. This new joint has won me over with its diverse vegetarian options, reasonable prices, and generous portions. I look forward to revisiting with my family; this hidden gem deserves...
Read moreI don't understand where to start! My friends and I went there on Dosa Night, and the whole experience was bizarre! Let's start with the service: it was too slow and unprofessional. They forgot to deliver two food items that we ordered and reminded them about twice!
Now, the food. It was a Dosa Night, and I don't know what they served! If it's a special night, then of course, you will expect some good quality food, but it was tasteless with very little quantity and quality. We ordered mango lassi, which was so stale that we had to give it back! Their drinking water tasted like pool water!
I'm not sure what's going wrong with this place, but if you are running any promotions to attract more people, then at least provide good food so that people will come back! It's better to pay more and get good quality food rather than pay less and risk...
