Wonderful experience!! I snapped my pendant a few days ago, and was advised to come here. I’ve never been much of a jewelry person, always been terrified of it getting caught on something, but I’ve found a set through estate sales that I fell in love with. I had matching earrings I’d been gifted in high school, and the pendant. They’re my everyday go-tos!

With the pendant snapping, I was afraid to bring it to a jeweler and being told it couldn’t be repaired. The gentlemen here explained it was repairable, but it would lose its mobility. I was fine with that as long as the stone was back in the pendant!

They said it would take a week, October 1st, but my necklace was ready today. When I arrived, they had even cleaned it for me!!! When I mentioned I was shocked about how shiny it was, the gentleman offered to clean the necklace & my earrings for me.

I don’t think any of this jewelry has been cleaned before, and it’s so shiny now!!!! Even crazier, the last few months my earrings had been driving me NUTS because they somehow were loose on the backs. When I handled my earrings to the man, he held them up to his ear listening, and promptly asked if I wanted him to tighten the back. I was STUNNED!!!! How did he know it needed that just from listening to them??

I was in and out so quickly, and felt treated like a princess and truly cared for— even if they didn’t sell me a stone, they were happy to take care of the only jewelry that matters to me. My custom engagement ring came out exactly as I had envisioned, thanks to Michelle! Originally, I had gone to Mark Andrews Jewelers to inquire about selling my old engagement ring. Michelle took the time to advise me on different avenues to sell and gave me tips on selling safely if I decided to go with a private buyer. Her honesty and thoughtfulness immediately won me over, so I knew I wanted to return and have Michelle help me design my custom made ring. She and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable. Tyler initially worked with me on deciding which wedding band would go with my engagement ring and was very patient as I took some time deciding which one I wanted. When I picked up my engagement ring, the ring went beyond my expectations. I absolutely LOVE it! The price for the engagement ring and wedding band were both very reasonable. I can't wait to pick up my wedding band in a few weeks! Lastly, they will also be adding a metal band to an heirloom watch that I had been told by another jeweler could only support a leather band. Love this place, my whole family has gone here forever and we've never been disappointed. I recently brought in a very intricate sterling silver ring I bought a while ago from Tiffany's. Over time if got really scratched and then got a huge dent in it. I brought it to Tiffany's, they sent it to NYC for a repair and three weeks later I got my ring back- Polished, and my dent still very much there. I paid $40 and left disappointed. I took it home and some how got the dent out myself, but in the process SEVERELY cutting up the ring. I ended up coming home and taking it to this jeweler like I should've in the first place. They actually pointed out even more problems with the ring that just made me more upset that Tiffany's didn't catch these problems. 3 days later, 20 bucks, and my ring is absolutely FLAWLESS.
