My son use to go to this daycare prior to the big blue marble company taking over. The previous owner was great and truly family oriented. The new company that had bought this daycare it had become a nightmare for me and my family very quickly. The administrative team and teachers are wonderful but the corporate owners are all about money and lack empathy for financial hardship for families. I decided to leave this daycare because of the constant increases for tuition and random fees the daycare would charge. I am a parent who was receiving vouchers and there's a reason why the parent is receiving assistance because they need the support. It truly hurted me by them doing this as my daughter use to attend this school and now my son we were there for years before this change. I had made the decision to get out of that place ASAP due to greed and lack of empathy for families going through financial hardship referring to the owners the administrative team cared deeply but these decisions came from the corporate company. I made sure to pay out what was due prior to leaving the school and just wanted to get out and have things go smoothly initially I was not going to write this review as I just wanted to move on, but BIG BLUE MARBLE ACADEMY had decided to overcharge me $60.00 as I already paid everything and a random charge of $135 stating it was an agency transfer fee to another daycare. I believe they decided to charge me this because I had taken my son out of that school and for that they were very upset with me for leaving there daycare. That balance they had for me was made up and was sent directly to my credit company as they never even notified me. This week, my two children left BBMA because our family moved to a location farther away. One of them started here when she was just 6 months old, and the other joined at age 3. They’ve spent a wonderful two years at BBMA, and it’s hard to say goodbye. Both of them are really sad to leave because they made so many good friends and had such loving and responsible teachers.

We’re especially thankful to Ms. Naggla, Ms. Hortantia, Ms. Brianna, and Ms. Chelsae for all the support and care they gave our children. I’ve always appreciated the structured teaching approach here—kids get to do lots of arts and crafts, learn about different countries, and enjoy weekly soccer and movement classes that make their days fun and active.

Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better daycare for my boys. The center is clean, there's a live camera feature, tuition is competitively priced, you get multiple pictures and videos of your kid daily, and the staff and teachers are abolutely amazing! Every time you walk in, everyone has a smile on their face and they know each child by name. They also have fun events after hours and even a parent's night out that you can sign up for. It's wonderful to be able to send your children somewhere that you know they'll be taken care of and you don't have to worry about them throughout the day. My boys are excited to go to daycare each morning and sometimes don't even want to leave. It truly feels like a home away from home.
