Friendly, fast affordable prices. The staff is great. Always got the correct items in order. The wait is always about ten minutes give or take. The pieces are very convenient with today's inflation. Their fortune cookies seem to be a lot of fun... Not sure if it's by coincidence or possibly not??! Parking is available and convenient. Parking is handicap accessible as well. Great location. I always get what I would have expected. The bathroom inside the restaurant is clean and stocked well with supplies including hand soap and toilet paper. They offer some drinks as well in their cooler. From house made to bottles or canned, they are delicious and cheap. Chefs are fast and polite. The front counter staff is friendly, courteous, speaks English well, happy demeanor and sweet. This restaurant has silverware and condiments to your liking that is available without request, unless it may be a special order and or sauce. Worst customer service and very underwhelming food... I ordered scallion pancakes, crab Rangoon, pork fried rice and egg rolls. I am not from here and have been searching for decent Chinese food place since I moved here and honestly it's all been under whelming all around and this isn't an exception. We decided to try this place after a suggestion on neighborhood next door. When I went to pick up the order and when i got home we discovered the scallion pancakes were BURNT to a crisp. My wife immediately called and stated that She was disappointed before even letting me finish the woman on the phone stated they weren't burnt they were perfect and that We should be happy with the food. She stated We were not happy and She was sending her husband back to return them for some less burnt scallion pancakes. When I arrived she stated we were no longer welcomed and they would not remake them because they were "PERFECT" and proceeded to give the money back for the scallion pancakes. I’ve been dining here for approximately 3 years now so I guess you could say I was a regular. On today 1-25-23 I ordered 2 lunch special meals via Uber eats. I receive my order and my food had extra filler vegetables that are NOT advertised on the menu as being part of the meal. I call this establishment hoping to get some resolution and explain that I have an allergen to a few of the vegetables and the lady tells me I should have told her that I have an allergen. How was I supposed to know that if I ordered chicken with broccoli that I would get chicken with broccoli mushrooms (allergen) carrots peppers and corn and not just chicken and broccoli. I used to love this restaurant but it’s a turn off when I’m told oh it’s nothing that can be done call Uber eats but sarcastically says sorry.
