This nail shop had really bad service, no professional, and pricing it kept going up (every time when we're going back)!!! And they always introduce you the higher price pedicure and pushing you to do it and keep asking my wife to do the gel on the toe, even she says no. but pass the time before they polish, they will be asking you again. And finish pedicure in 2030 mins include regular polish my wife told me, for me without polish only be done in 15 mins (it doesn't matter basic or expensive pedicure are same), and always want to charge you for repair nails even done for couple days ago, and also come in off so easily my wife say!!! Long way to waiting even you have an appointment!!! Really disappoint...when you check out you are asking them why so expensive?! They just told you after they done when you check out. And the lady she doesn't have patient to explant, she just wants you pay and go, they can do next customers, cause when they do, they're not told you the price right away. My wife and her friends say the nail they do really thick and come in off so fast, and nail become really soft and weak, and then they always can find you good excuse when you are going back. we're not going back anymore. really disappoint. even you have an appointment you still need long way to wait. and my wife not really happy when she makes an appointment for her nail tech, the lady whose pick up the phone didn't say nothing about her nail tech quit or something else, just say ok. but when she's going, they always find excuse let another nail tech to do her nails. and always not good...my wife and me, we're sick of this nail shop, and not going back anymore. And always not enough employments to work there!!!!!! I think this is the reason they are doing everything so fast (only looking for token money from customers)!!!! Well...don't waste your money and time. I feel like this nail shop like by lying and trick for customers!!! we had really bad experience from this nail shop!!!!!!!! I visited the next day as a walk-in. There were about 3 people getting services and about 5 salon workers. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and taken to a seat. Chris was friendly, asked me if I was new, and immediately began to work on my nails. Everything was going well. Then after starting my SNS, he leaves to do a customerās pedicure who comes in after me and passes me off to another worker who files my nails with an unwarranted attitude; then she leaves the shop and passes me off to another worker who finishes my nails after her customer leaves. Neither of these people offered an explanation as to why the changes were occurring. As the last woman was finishing my nails, she says in a condescending tone that the next time I want to come that I should book an appointment! First of all, there wasnāt a sign on the door stating that walk ins were not being accepted. When I arrived there were enough people to take care of the present customers and me. Secondly, if there were time constraints, why was I taken immediately to be serviced and not told that there would be a wait? I would have happily waited. Communication is key!! Thirdly, my services were not free, so I deserve to be treated with friendliness, professionalism, and respect!
Ultimately, I did not feel very welcomed and was treated as if my visit was a huge inconvenience. For this to be a new salon, their customer service needs improvement and they should remember that customers always have other choices! I told a lot of people about my experience, including my friend who referred me. They were all shocked and appalled and I was referred to another nail salon that is just as close. I will be taking my money there where I will be welcomed and appreciated. Sorry Chic nails, I wanted to be a repeat customer, but this experience showed me that you donāt...

But thatās who did both my sisterās and I loved them and weāve always usually followed each other at some point. I initially tried someone else there as Iām not unopposed who does them, just do them well. Wellā¦they were ok. So, I asked for Alex and he obliged as a kindness to them bc he doesnāt do guy nails. They were all very kind about it, he freehand designs my nails just like I like them. We chat and laugh the whole time mostly. Heās too funny. I get my pedicures done there also by someone my sis had me affectionately calling Ma. Sheās the sweetest, and will get every and I mean EVERY hangnail you have! Even if it hurts a little LoL! But I appreciate that. But to top it all off, the owner Anna recently helped me with some trading tips after hrs as Iām pretty new in the field. She didnāt have to do that.
