hi so this was a terrible experience. First of all there were like 6 employees cackling when I walked in, stared at me and didn’t say ANYTHING. I then walked around still no greeting. I then went over to look at the jeans and all the workers are crowding around so I can’t see them. I get jeans to try on and just walk into a dressing room because no one is there. No one came to check on me or anything. Don’t hire 10 employees to work at the same time and have NO ONE actually work and have good costumer service. This was terrible and I feel broker and uglier after leaving. Zero stars those...

Large store, little inventory. Free People has a lot of cute stuff online so I was hoping they would have more in store that I could actually look at in person but it seemed like a lot of well, the same thing? I’m not really into the ragged sweatshirt look. Anyway, I probably won’t bother coming back and would recommend ordering directly from...

Hilary was so kind and helpful! We came in right before closing today to help my sister find an outfit for a party, not only was she so kind and accommodating but she gave us options and even went to the back to help us find the size we needed! Highly recommend this location,great selection and the sweetest staff! Thanks...
