First let me say, the product they produce is well worth the price they charge! The customer service however is very mid-level for the price you pay for the clothes. My wife bought two of the fitted undershirts with cups. Although they were the same size the cups were different sizes. She went round and round with the staff. They gave multiple excuses for not being able to make things right because this was not considered a "manufacturing defect". Finally a manager came out and was able to provide a solution to the problem. I don't think the staff is well trained on customer service. I checked the reviews before I came because why not? I had to bring my daughter to return leggings she got for Christmas because they were too small. While I was not happy with Lululemon's return policy. (I ordered online and had to go to a store I live over and hr away from to exchange. This has to be the best Lululemon I’ve ever been to. I love the area and the store employees were great. Miko was the one that helped me and whatever they are paying her they should double it because I ended up buying more things than I planned on. What they didn’t have in the store, she helped me get online and made my experience great.
