Unfortunate experience within July which shocked me greatly. I’ve had great experiences with having custom work done and repairs here before. In 2019 my sister had her wedding ring custom made with old rings passed down by the groom. The jeweler that worked on my mothers necklace failed to repair the delicate piece with care. His rude attitude make the experience even worse. From drop off to pick up the whole experience caused me a lot of stress. Especially when the work took 3 and a half weeks just for it to look like it was rushed. When I called to follow up with the company the same man who answered the phone let me know that my necklace was not in the safe, that he would call me back when he found it. How in the world would someone think that would be the best response when responsible for something so sentimental. My mother passed in 2019, and I no longer feel safe bringing any of her jewelry to this store for any reason. Image shows how uneven and sloppy the knots look between each pearl. The necklace no longer laid with the curve a necklace should. It was so tight on one side it made a diagonal shape and the other side curved. I hate knowing my special, irreplaceable necklace wasn’t handled...

I visited Stonehaven with nothing but a vague idea for a ring and a price, and Ron was able to bring to life a beautiful ring. He suggested different gems and explained what the pros and cons were for each, and was able to explain to me what different price points would get me. He let us come in and see the mold to check the fit, and was able to change the metal used when our budget changed, and reduced the price when the market price of the metal went down. When we stopped in to pick up the final product a few weeks later and it was a little big, he corrected it right there - and on a Saturday no less! Custom jewelry does not begin to describe the experience at Stonehaven. Ron drew my ring on a tablet with a pencil after I described what I was envisioning. He added his signature creative flair and I loved what I saw. I was even more impressed when it came to life. Wow, I LOVE my ring today even more than when I had it remounted into a sterling setting about 4 years ago. My husband and I also learned so much more about jewelry making and the necessary ingredients for stronger platinum rings during this process. Thanks a million, Ron and staff!
