Cierra’s approach to customer service was not just efficient; it was marked by a genuine enthusiasm for her role. Her ability to engage with customers in a friendly yet professional manner created an inviting atmosphere that made the experience all the more enjoyable. As I waited for my vehicle service, I observed Cierra effortlessly managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attentiveness to each customer’s needs. Her diligence in ensuring that every detail was addressed highlighted a remarkable commitment to excellence that is often lacking in service-oriented industries.
What truly stood out during my visit was Cierra's obsessive attention to detail. She took the time to explain the services being provided, ensuring that I was well-informed about the process and any potential issues that might arise. This level of transparency fostered a sense of trust and confidence, allowing me to feel secure in the decisions being made regarding my vehicle. Cierra’s ability to communicate complex information in an accessible manner reflects not only her expertise but also her dedication to customer satisfaction.
Moreover, Cierra’s efficiency was evident in the timely manner in which my vehicle was serviced. She managed to balance speed with quality, ensuring that all aspects of the service were completed to the highest standard without unnecessary delays. It is a rare skill to be able to work quickly while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results, and Cierra demonstrated that she possesses both.
In conclusion, my experience at NTB in Cary was significantly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by Cierra. Her obsession with quality and efficiency, coupled with her warm and welcoming demeanor, set a new standard for customer service in the automotive industry. It is employees like Cierra who not only elevate the customer experience but also reflect positively on the organization as a whole. Read moreI took my car here for an oil change and to fix this sound that’s been coming from my rear brakes! I was told the sound was most likely because I needed new tires! So I paid $800 for new tires! When I asked if the sound was fixed I was told the tech didn’t hear it anymore! As soon as I got in the car I heard the sound immediately! They also forgot to reset the oil light and balance my tires! As soon as I got on the highway my car was shaking very bad! Super dangerous for them to do that! So I brought the car back! I was then told the master mechanic would be in later that week so I can bring it back for him to look at! After the “master mechanic” looked at it I was told it was my emergency brake and it would be another $510 to fix! As soon as they gave me the car back the sound was still there! I brought it back again and they told me nothing is wrong with the car but if it continues I might need a new emergency brake! So long story short I’ve paid them over $1300 for them to not fix the problem! Obviously I would never bring the car back to a place that charged me that much money and didn’t fix anything! I highly recommend you don’t take your car here! If the best mechanic they have can’t fix a simple brake problem I’d be very nervous for him to work on your car! They have completely scammed me out of a lot of money and left my car in worse shape than when I got it! DO NOT BRING...
Read moreVery sad how one person not being there makes all the difference. Had a very good 5 star review up here for how they dealt with my tires a year ago. This time I felt like I was lied to, stole from and almost killed on my last visit. Went in for my breaks grinding. Knew I needed new breaks. Was told of a deal for 4 breaks and roaters. I agreed to it but then was told the caliper needed to be replaced. That's fine. Calipers go for $50-$100 top. They decided to charge me almost $400 for just the caliper. That's not including the labor, break pads and roater. They told me the job was gonna take an hour to hour and a half tops. Four hours later they "test drove" it and said it was fine. Ended up calling at the very next light telling them something is not right. There is a rubbing sound and clunking when I accelerate and decelerate. Not there before. I was told not to wory about it and that it's prob just the tire rubbing on the wall. Come to find out whenbI got home I checked where the sound was coming from and these guys only hand tightened the lug nuts on my front passenger tire. I was able to unscrew them with just my two fingers. Carelessness like this could be deadly on the highway. Why was this not caught during the "Test Drive". Over charged and could have lost my life. Had my daughter in the car as well....
