Iām absolutely disgusted and so angry if there was no stars, thatās what I would give you. I came in for a pedicure. I have two children Never really get to do any of this for myself with two pick ups and two drop offs. And I picked the pedicure that I wanted and wanted to relax after about two minutes and telling her that the water was cold. She was already putting lotion on my feet and going to paint them. Iām like you didnāt do The callous treatment you didnāt do the cuticles you didnāt do the mud and you didnāt do a hot towel or any of the other options that were available in the pedicure and then she get another women that comes up to argue I told her I would like this done this hasnāt been done and Iāve only been here for three minutes and youāre done. This makes no sense to me. She was like Give me $30 Iām not painting your toes! Iām like what ? I didnāt even get a pedicure ur joking ???? , I literally was there for less than Five minutes for an actual pedicure, 20 minutes of arguing about not getting a pedicure and then still they made me pay and I ask them what am I actually paying for ? call the cops and because I didnāt get any services so what are you going to say because Iām not paying you $30 but then They wonāt call the cops and Iām like Iām not gonna walk out of here because thatās not who I am so if you need the money that bad hereās $30 and she goes like in cash??. Iām like no Iām not giving you money in cash. Youāll probably say that I left and didnt pay Even though you didnāt provide any services because Iām leaving here with absolutely no polish on my toes I didnāt get a hot towel. I didnāt Treatment I didnāt get my cuticles done. I didnāt get anything that itās listed on the list of services and the lady had the audacity to start yelling at me. Every woman in the place was like sheās been here for like two seconds and youāre gonna make her pay $30 for absolutely nothing Iām like these women Iāve been sitting there probably 40 minutes and enjoying and theyāre Relaxing pedicure but no, I donāt get a relaxing pedicure. I have two kids that I never get to have time to get a pedicure and they decided to do absolutely nothing besides get my feet wet in cold water ! and then decided that I have to pay them $30. I will never come back. I will post on social media never to go back to this place. I have about 17,000 followers so Iām just letting you know that and the way you treated me unbelievably rude and gross. I first off am offended the way you handled the situation. The lady knew she was in the wrong so she got another person to come and Fix my so-called pedicure and then he did one thing and then said ok done āļø go, you can go pay the $30 now Iām like my toes arenāt painted there was no Still mud mask no massage no hot towel nothing . And Iām like well just finish it and they were like ok but now we are charging you this 50 dollars and that and an extra 7$ and Iām like ??! I was here for less than 5 mins and 20 mins arguing , sorry this is so long Iām so anger š” right now . Like Appalled & shook ! I picked the 50$ dollar pedicure that says 45 min and had to pay 30$ for about 3 minutes of there actual work time Iām calling my bank to Dispute the charges I should call the Cops since youāre scamming people. Whatever you do do not go to this place to get a pedicure ever. !!!!! All I wanted was what the $50 pedicure said that is it and I got nothing , But I did spend $30 for 20 minutes of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLast Friday me and my 4 year old daughter was in need of a pedicure and a manicure (basic). We visited this nail salon because I thought it would be fun for her to sit in a pedicure chair that was geared to her age and size. This wasn't her first time getting a Mani & Pedi (the last nail salon we visited didn't have kid pedicure chairs). When my daughter gets her toes and finger nails done she chooses five colors, one color for each nail. When asked what color our daughter wanted her nails to be? Me and my husband both said rainbow meaning the 5 colors we handed to the lady; and all of a sudden they started speaking in their language and the girl told me because my daughter wanted 5 colors she would have to charge an extra $5. No other nail salon ever told us that before but Ok.
On Sunday evening my daughter's nail polish began peeling off. By Monday even more polish started coming off so we went back to Beverly's Tuesday evening after I got off of work. When we walked in, the young girl asked how could she help me? I told her about my daughter's nail polish coming off and how we just got her nails done on Friday. She began to speak in her language to two other ladies that was there and then a short woman with black hair in a pony tail came from the back speaking very good english asked me what happened? I told her that my daughter's nail polish is peeling off and that we were just there on Friday. She looked at me and told me that they don't re-polish nails especially for the little kids because they expect for the nail polish to come off in about 1 to 2 days but she will do it just this one time.
I looked at her and told her that when I do my daughter's nails her nail polish never comes off in 1 to 2 days. At the other nail salon that didn't happen either. She was talking over me and she also told me that for adults they expect the nail polish to last about a week. She was basically giving me some disclaimers after we already spent our money at this establishment.
My daughter picked out the same colors with the exception of one and the woman began polishing over the old nail polish that was peeling off. I didn't say anything because I figured by my daughter being so little maybe her nails would last longer if the lady did them this way. I could tell she didn't want to re-polish my daughter's nails.
The total price for our Mani & Pedi's came up to $85. My husband also gave them a $35 tip.
Greed will make a business fall. Customer service will take your business a long way. Customer service isn't just about being nice to the customers while they are there in front of you. It's about always going the extra mile to satisfy your customers and standing behind the products and services that you are selling to them. Customer service is about having a people first attitude because it is the people that is going to keep you business. An establishment that cannot and will not stand behind their products or services I Will Never Support! I will also tell everyone I know about our experience with Beverly Nails and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNov & Dec 2022: Business is sold to new owners. but Mary, Tom and staff still working there. I have been having SNS dip services which I bring my own product to use except the liquids as they are getting old. Somehow, Mary switched over to acrylic and I am concerned about the product, quality, process, and sterility along with cleanliness.
A few changes such as the gray chair covers on massaging chairs. The prior nail station placement is now vertical and flimsy chairs to match the new decor. Not ideal as the customer is arms length away and no protective cover between customer and technician. The customer gets a view of the gray wall. Gosh, when the front door opens it is frigid!
There was no hot towel and the lotion used was terrible scent. Told to go wash my hands and there are NO washcloths to dry but a dispenser to pull down & out what reminds me of diaper wipes although they are dry but rolled together, smh. The prices are all over the place. I even heard Mary tell customer in the chair next to me $35 but charged me $40 and did not even give me the color I wanted and knew this. I went to a nearby shop and the color was awful unless you like bubblegum with sparkles.
I called Mary and she said she is busy with her customer and I said I could come in another day. She says the owner will charge me but Tom can change color if I come right now. Tom not only changed the color but reshaped the nails. Now, either I am going to have to fix or search an alternative place.
Previously I liked the pedicures but now sure if they have changed and no longer use fresh oranges.
Initial review Mani/Pedi services pre-pandemic and after: Mary does my SNS dip polish. I bring my own container and mini dust brush. Mary helps me select and puts sparkles on a few fingers and toes. My nails last longer than prior salon at least 3 weeks. Pedicure lasts a while too.
Mary is kind and meticulous and customer service and satisfaction is a top notch priority. I was referred to Mary and not disappointed. If unhappy with anything let her know, she will take care of it so that you are happy! I feel pampered when I go even during COVID in a clean and safe environment. It is nice to have a conversation, relax, and even have...
