Swift Creek Shopping Center — Local services in Cary

We live very close to the shopping center and consider this our neighborhood shopping area. Food Lion offers a smaller grocery with great savings in the moderate pricing range. On a regular day I may visit Barrys for late breakfast, Shear Elegance (Kim) for hair styling, China Pearl for a quick take out lunch and Fiesta Mexicano for dinner with our dog outside. Thursday night Margarita night specials and great food. We also love the convenience of the Nail Salon, Domino's, and Country Flower Shop. The only complaint we offer is the influx of gyms, loud music and lack of parking for businesses near the gyms. We understand wishing to fill unleased space, but the gyms add nothing to the center and seem a poor fit for the community atmosphere the center...

I walked around the shops while I had some free time. The florist shop was wonderful, both the owner and one of her employees were very friendly and helpful. They had cute gifts as well as flower arrangements and succulents. There is also this cute little boutique there. Cute clothes and very reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back. They also do a good bit of online sales, very nice feature. The walls had cute artwork and they had a couple of local jewelry artists...

Ther Mexican restaurant is overpriced, poorly implemented greasy junk with bad service. The food lion is ok, just don't expect to get all your veggies fresh there. Anvil's is probably the stand out for food. Barry's is ok, but gotten quite overpriced. Most of the service is terrible, like "you are taking up my table" terrible.
