I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your location at 840 E Chatham St, Cary, NC 27511, and to request that appropriate attention be given to this matter.
On [insert date], I visited the drive-thru and ordered a 4-piece chicken dinner with lemonade. I was charged around $10.87, and I paid $11. While I did receive a meal with 4 pieces, it was not what I ordered — I was given a 3-piece Supreme dinner (which includes chicken strips) along with honey mustard sauce, which I never requested and do not consume. I specifically asked for lemonade, but was given sweet tea instead.
Due to the delay in the drive-thru and being in a hurry, I did not check the order until later. But what’s more upsetting than the wrong meal is the way I was treated when I contacted the store.
The next day, I called and also visited the location. The lady at the cash counter was rude, dismissive, and acted suspiciously. She cross-questioned me, raised her voice, and made me feel as though I was being dishonest — rather than treating me like a valued customer. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, and certainly no respect shown.
While the meal cost was a small loss, the bigger issue here is that I left feeling disrespected and humiliated. I received my 4 pieces, but lost my dignity in the process — which no one should have to experience over a simple food order.
I sincerely hope you will look into the service quality at this location. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and integrity.

The other managers there don't care about nothing, they are totally disrespectful, rude and nasty. To many kids that care about nothing but a check. They drop food and put it back in trays to sell,they are complete weed heads,pill poppers and Crack and wax users.your food may be contaminated at some point.old chicken is sold,the flour is never changed,the batter is days old,they go to restroom and never wash hands.This store needs to be closed down but HR only cares about the money that comes in.manager Michelle, manager Jason and manager shavelle are so rude, disrespectful and nasty talking to everyone. IF MANAGERS shavelle and jason stay out the freezer your food might get cooked not half done.They put up a good front but believe me they are wolves in sheep's clothing. And their high up manager Chris goes along with anything they say even if its a lie. Go to another bojangles and skip being food poisoned or finding drugs in your food. Read moreWe’ve given this location a couple tries and unfortunately it continues to disappoint. It’s not a “fast” fast food experience AT ALL. The drive thru has moved very slowly every time we’ve gone and our food hasn’t been fresh the past couple of times. Tonight, our order was wrong (sides were rang up incorrectly). We notified the young man at the window, who was clearly annoyed and he attempt to correct us by pointing us to the receipt (which was also incorrect) & per the receipt, we paid for two 4 piece supremes and were given only 3 strips each (didn’t notice that until we had already exited the massive, 25min line we had just waited in. & the inside was closed—otherwise we would have probably just asked for a refund.
Ironically enough, there was someone else trying to get in and have their order fixed at the same time.
No one wants to pay and wait 25+ mins for fast food that is cold/not fresh and not even get what you ordered or paid for to begin with. We will stick the the south Saunders location...
