Zero Customer service! Zero stars! I ordered sushi lunch for myself and my son who has cancer. We ordered separately because he can not have raw fish. He ordered sushi that doesn’t have raw fish. When I returned home, I ate and he started to eat later. He brought out to me and said this has raw fish. I called and the lady was very rude and said I ordered it wrong and to send her a picture of the food. I did and she told me what that order was and it wasn't his order but mine. They mixed the orders up. I explained that was a big problem because he has cancer and can't have raw fish. She just kept arguing with me about ordering on wrong website next time put no raw fish in the special instructions when ordering. Also sent her Picture of order that doesnt show anything about raw fish. Never offered to replace or refund. We threw it away. At dinner, my son wanted to order it again because he really wanted sushi. So I ordered on their offical website and put no raw fish in special instructions. I got there and asked for my order and said, please make sure there is no raw fish. She again started arguing about how ordered it wrong and why didn't I check no ( some word that begins with a M) on my order instead of saying no raw fish because the kitchen is busy and might not see. Omg! I ordered exactly the way she told me earlier that day. Then she walks over to the counter where they are making the sushi just a few feet away from me and loudly complaining with her staff how i ordered it wrong and why didn't I check the box instead of putting no raw fish! The only raw fish on this roll are the fish eggs on the top. So asking for no raw fish shouldn't be an issue but she kept saying it has raw fish, see here on the menu it says raw fish. Good grief! It does matter what it says on the menu, if someone wants a roll and doesn't want the raw fish part, you should be able to get it that way without being yelled at. Thats what the special instructions are for! She's impossible. At no time did she ever express concern for my son. She reluctantly refunded one suchi roll only when I asked for it. She acted liked she couldn't do it at first. I have to check with my bank to see if she actually did it or not. Never have I been treated so rudely. They will never get my...

My husband and I don't get out much and our son was selling the go play save book. We bought one. This past Wednesday we decided to go out considering we didn't have the kids. I was in the mood for Chinese and found the coupon in the coupon book. When we got there, we were sat by a cool robot. The service was decent. It seemed to be that she was new there. (We have lots of Patience with this because me and my husband both come from a background in the food industry.) When the food came out, it was amazing and it was more than plenty enough for us to have for lunch the next day. When the check came, we were kind of surprised that it was lower than what we expected. We gave her the coupon and when she brought it back. We noticed that she added gratuity onto a table of 2 when the menu stated that gratuity would be added on to a table of 4 or more. (Her loss). When she ran the card, she brought it back. And there was still a space to add a tip which I felt that if somebody didn't notice that the gratuity was already added in At 18% would have re-tipped. Why A tip was added on in the first place. I'm unsure but it was kind of sneaky, but it taught me a lesson to always read my check from top to complete bottom. Other than that, the service wasn't to bad. We were in the area and decided we wanted some Japanese cuisine. We found this spot and decided to try it.

It is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. We arrived after lunchtime so there was no crowd and seated immediately.

Nice looking inside, nothing fancy. Quick service from the server. We ordered Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura for an appetizer. My wife order the Steak & Shrimp Hibachi and I ordered the Chicken with Udon Noodles.

The tempura was decent sized order and was great. Really delicious. Perfectly crunchy but not greasy at all. My wife's meal was really good as well. Great hibachi-grilled taste on tender steak and medium-to-large shrimp. Plenty of vegetables in the order too.

My chicken with udon was good, but needed soy sauce for that extra kick. Plenty pieces of chicken and lots of noodles and vegetables that were perfectly cooked. Not mushy at all.

Only ding is my wife's hibachi came with miso soup or ginger salad, which my wife ordered the miso soup. It wasnt until we were on our way home did we realize she never got her soup.

Overall though, a really good meal with a very friendly server. Well worth going and we will if we are...
