I came in for a mani/pedi with regular polish. I started with the pedi and upgraded to the deluxe package. For the first time in the few years I've gone, I FINALLY got an actual leg and foot massage that they say they offer in the package. I usually end up with someone who barley rubs your feet or legs, but this time I felt like I was getting what I paid for. Unfortunately, this was where the good experience ended. The tech doing my pedicure cut deep into my toe and it later became infected, results of using dirty tools. For 3 days it hurt to walk. As for my fingernails and polish, they took a VERY long time to dry. The tech barely waited for the layers to dry before putting more on, which resulted in long drying times and two of my nails messing up before I could even leave the place. They had to fix my thumb nail 3 times from the smudges, and it still came out looking bad. I had to come in the next day to get them fixed because the moment I got home to wash my hands, my pinky finger smudged and there was a crater-like hole on my nail. After spending $105 on a mani/pedi for these results, I was angry. The amount time and money it took, I personally think I could have done a better job at home. I think this will be the last time I come here now for fear that I will get another painful infection.

Exceptional Service & A New Favorite Spot! I had the pleasure of visiting Pacific Nail Spa in Cary an hour and a half before closing, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I am very particular about who does my nails, especially when it’s a last-minute appointment before a trip. After checking the reviews, I decided to give this place a try—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Tyler, Kim, and the owner, Tiffany, went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional experience. My pedicure was pure perfection, and Kim did a fantastic job on my nails with incredible attention to detail. What truly set this salon apart was Tiffany’s personal touch—she introduced herself, asked for my name, and made me feel like a valued client. In nearly ten years of monthly nail appointments at other salons, I’ve never had an owner take the time to do that. The level of service, skill, and hospitality at Pacific Nail Spa exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say this is now my new go-to salon. Thank you, Tyler, Kim, and Tiffany, for a wonderful experience—I will definitely be back!

Went here just to remove my gel and get a regular manicure and my nails were filed so hard and so rough that it was very painful during and even today. I am having a hard time doing daily things, washing my hair, etc., and when I pick up anything my nails bend, break and now one is bleeding. I went back to get hardener to see if that would repair it. They put on a top coat over my broken nails. I then asked for hardener - they charged me me $15. I asked for a discount and they offered $3.00 discount. They recommended to put the nail hardener on my nails under the nail polish so then I asked to take the nail polish off since I wanted to get hardener on asap. I asked for the nail polish remover and removed it myself - no one had offered to help and I was asked why I didn’t say anything when the filing was too hard and said my nails were weak because of the gel- I know that’s not the case. I never really write reviews but am so disappointed especially because I like this place but am I pain and just want to share so others are aware. Also cost me $50.

so first of all I always try to give every place I visit a fair chance ! my first impression was that this place is upscale and “luxury” so I did my research online prior to visiting this place ... I looked at prices; different procedures and add-ons. so I also noticed they offered wines at starting prices of $8. okay so when I get my nails done I always get over the top designs and I am aware that you have to pay for the quality of what you want .. now with that being said let’s talk about my experience ... so I walked in on a Thursday evening at about 530 pm .. I asked for a pedicure & full set .. I was immediately escorted to get my feet done which the lady did excellent no complaint there .. now we move to nails .. I showed the design that I wanted with the explanation of “I understand it won’t be exactly as the picture but can you do something close” they agreed & moved me around to 3 different nail techs “ someone eventually started my nails .. so I’ll be the first to admit kids DO NOT belong in the nail salon & I hate bringing my son to places like this but sometimes things happen & he had to come along .. he was quiet sitting & well behaved .. the nail tech who was doing my nails kept asking questions regarding my son .. first she asked me if he was my child .. I answered with a simple yes .. then she asked again .. is he my husbands child? I’m wondering why she assumed I was married and why she was still asking about my child after I answered her .. I decided just just answer no with no further explanation .. a few moments later she asked who does my son look like because he doesn’t look like me ( were spitting image of each other ) .. I decided to ignore her .. a little while later she asked if I was baby sitting him for a friend and I really became annoyed so I asked her if she can just hurry up and finish my nails .. I also noticed I wasn’t offered any wine water or beverage of any type but every single person there had something to drink from water to wine and anything in between .. even new comers that were waiting to be serviced .. all except me ! I pay attention to if people were asking for beverages or being offered them .. which they were .. still no one asked me .. so any way now it’s time to paint and polish my nails and she kept asking to refer to the picture which I thought was just for accuracy.. so she polished and it was NOTHING like I thought it was supposed to be .. no where close ! I expressed I didn’t like it and to take it off my nail immediately luckily it was just one nail .. I became very frustrated and asked to just leave them plain so I can go .. she kept trying and trying and insisted on giving me a similar design even after I asked repeatedly to keep them plain so she did a similar design or what she thought was similar in her eyes .. and I didn’t care for it very much but okay at this point I was ready to go .. so she started adding all this extra unnecessary bs that I didn’t ask for .. glitter shimmer rhinestones and telling me the usual cost of it and that she’s throwing it in for free since I’m so upset .. grand total $80 just for my nails ( side note: I’ve never paid more than $70 for my nails and have had wayyyy better work .. even down to the shape of my nails ) so I paid no complaints and at that immediate moment I knew I wouldn’t be back .. or so I thought .. it was 8 PM I went straight home with sandals on and went to bed next morning I noticed the polish was completely off my big toe on my right foot so I went back immediately to have it fixed .. a new lady fixed it and kept insisting that I didn’t get my feet done yesterday and that it was a week old but she’ll fix it for free “ this time “ .. so now I decided to look into getting my eyelashes done what I originally want to do the previous day but my mood prevented me to do .. so online the price listing is $40 $70 $100 different levels of eyelashes .. so I wanted the $40 service which they didn’t want to do she kept pushing the $100 service onto me I explained that I never keep them on long and $100...

I have never experienced a nail service so poor. After being convinced by Pacific Nails that I needed a full set instead of a fill in, i winded up spending about 80$ on a full set and basic pedicure. Two days after leaving Pacific Nails, my nails instantly started breaking and because it was a full set, my nail was so attached to the acrylic nail, that they were breaking off with the fake nails! My nails were breaking down so low that i was bleeding badly and could not use my fingers because of the pain!!!! I was in SO much pain. At least 7 of my nails have broken throughout the past two weeks. I went back to the salon to get these nails fixed and every time i left, they continued to break!!! And The lady who was doing my nails (Tiffany) blamed it on me! By saying, “what did you do wrong? Did you fall?” And i was Charged for her to fix them! To this day, i have not been able to get a fill in because my nails have broken so low and are still in pain. I have endured much pain and blood during the last two weeks and i am just astonished that Pacific Nails did such a poor job with my nails by giving me a full set so thin that each of my nails were breaking by the tip and lower. I will NEVER go back. Please be aware of this nail salons work so that you do not end up like me!! I have been getting my nails done consistently for the last 5 years and have never experienced anything this dreadful. Below are pictures i took today (2 weeks later) and these photos are very flattering. I should have taken pictures throughout the entire experience but it did not cross my mind to until today. These photos do not display HALF of the pain I endured. And in these pics you can not see, but additional nails are slightly cracked...

I made an appt. 2 days ago for a french manicure and it was horrible. The girl didn't even know there were many types of a french manicure and was confused when I had asked for the pink french manicure. She pulled out an old bottle of a pink glaze and I had explained to her that it's more of a light pink color needed. I had to get up and go to the wall to find the only light pink polish left. She continued to proceed, only to find out that the light pink and the clear nail polish she used over that was so goopy and old, that it created bubbles in my nails and the pink polish was in lumps on my nail. I talked to the manager, Tiffany, who didn't even care to listen and told me to come back tomorrow to get them redone. That was $20 and a hr. wasted of my time. So yesterday, I called to schedule an apt. with Angela. I decided to go with the gel polish instead, after my horrible experience yesterday and how they were already in bad shape after 12hrs. She told me that since it was $30 for gel, then I would only pay $10.. makes sense right? After getting done, Tiffany, the owner, said it would be a total of $25!!!! She said that since I received a manicure yesterday, she would only deducted $5 for the polish since I received the gel and not another french manicure!! I explained to her that from what I was told, I was only to pay $10 which is the difference between the $20 french manicure to the $30 gel. She proceeded to get nasty and said that it would be $25 even after wasting 1 hr the day prior and another 45min. to get them fixed after the horrible job they had done. How does a company get away with this?? Unreal.. will not...
