Letz's Appliances — Local services in Casper

I purchased a used washer/dryer set from here in August. It was advertised as having been gone through/repaired/cleaned. Of course, I didn't double check those claims as I figured an appliance repair shop would be honest.

Upon delivery of the machines, I ran some clothes through the washer. I noticed the drum had a bunch of calcium deposits that were flaking out from inside. I tried running several cleaning tablets through it and have only had more calcium and actual garbage come out of the machine (it's like they found it at the landfill). I called to ask them about this issue and the person I spoke with was very rude and didn't offer anything helpful to try and clean the machine or fix the problem. The attached photos are an attempt to show just some of the stuff that came out of the washer after one cleaning tablet (minus the paper towels).

The dryer has rattled from day one and because they offer a 60 day warranty on used machines, I called for an appointment on the dryer. The service person replaced some rollers, but noticed that the machine had several missing screws and some wrong ones too. He put it back together anyway and the machine was quiet for about a day. I called to have them come look at it again within the warranty period and no one showed up for that appointment or called to rearrange anything.

After having very good service with these guys a couple years ago I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had recently. My fairly new fridge stopped working and I gave these guys a call. After a 3 week wait (because I was told they are the only company in town that works on appliances which is a lie), I had a guy come out and look at the fridge for all of 3 minutes and said he would need to order a part and then it would be another month or so before they could come back even though the part would only take a couple days to come in. They convince me to buy a used fridge for my garage due to the wait, which I did. $300 bucks later. They finally come out and fix my fridge after close to 3 months now and we pay them upon service, another roughly 300 bucks. After a day or so I get a voicemail from some guy from Letz's claiming the guy who fixed my fridge charged me wrong and I owed them another 48 bucks. Are you kidding me, that is your bad, not mine. This guy calls 3-5 times per day for 48 bucks! And he does it for days until I finally answer. He accuses me of "dodging him" for 48 bucks! What kind of company are you running and why are you wasting your time harassing a customer you already gave poor service to?!? On February 16th, 2021 Maytag placed a request service with Letz Appliance for March 3rd between 1pm-5pm for my Maytag dryer. I called Letz on March 3rd around 4:45pm asking if they were still coming. Letz was aware of the service request but stated they do not service appliances not purchased from them and they had not opened or responded to the request sent by Maytag. I phoned Letz the morning of March 4th, 2021 to ask why they hadn’t called me or contacted Maytag that they would not do the service? Again I was told it was because I didn’t purchase the appliance from Letz but no answer why they didn’t respond to the Maytag service request? I was hung up on by Letz! Later March 4th the manager of Letz called me and told me I was a bully and no wonder I was hung up on earlier. Letz placed all blame on Maytag and accepted No fault or blame. I was told I was ignorant of the service process and that I wouldn’t be taken to court for loss of business because it wasn’t like they sat out in front of my house refusing to come inside.
